Great quality blinds. Order the safari ivory color, blends into my existing cream color blinds well throughout the house. Turned out that my window frame is quite shallow so my mount was too large resulting in the blinds sticking out a bit. The rep was able to include a top mount shipped to me address my concern promptly.

All I needed to set up is in the instruction, with clear pairing guide. Will be expanding my motorized blinds in the future with the brand.

My experience with Bringnox was a great one. Received my order in a timely manner. My blinds were a little over 6' and I was able to hang them myself. I would recommend these blinds. They were perfect.

I purchased several roller blinds from Bringnox. One order was slightly damaged, probably from shipping. I contacted the company and a customer service rep named Ivy got back to me within an hour. She arranged for a replacement which arrived a few days later. Based on the quality of the motorized blinds and the excellent customer service, I’m giving them 5 stars. I will purchase from them again.

I purchased four sets of Bringnox blinds. After about nine months, the fabric on one blind started to wear out, and the motor on another stopped working. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly and resolved both issues within 24 hours. I really appreciate their prompt response, excellent customer service, and willingness to take corrective action. It’s reassuring to know that they stand behind their products.

Great customer service! All of the blinds we ordered were great except for one. We contacted Ivy at customer service and she did not hesitate getting a replacement blind sent to us. I would recommend Bringnox and we will be purchasing from them again in the future.

The construction of the shades is very good quality. I had a problem with a couple of motors but ivy sent new ones right out I received them in a few days and that took care of the problem. I love my new blinds the motorization is absolutely wonderful.

I purchased a set of the Bringnox blinds and upon their quick delivery and ease of setup I decided to purchase them for my entire house. The blinds come true to the size you order, so do not factor in any calculations "just in case." I get complimented on them often and have referred a few friends, who have also made purchases. I had an issue a few months later and customer service quickly took care of it. They get a very enthusiastic recommendation.
