Cancelled an item and still awaiting a refund
I’ve emailed multiple times, first couple of emails I got a reply stating they will speak to the accounts team, then stopped responding all together

Ordered garden furniture item July , still haven’t received it , have now cancelled and struggling to get my money back , £324 that’s have held since July , awful customer service who never respond .

Amazing service when I bought my egg Chair and the quality of was amazing .

Totally unreliable company. Even though they say they have the item in stock, they don't deliver it for several months. When you end up canceling the order, you have to chase them to get your money back. 2 months after the cancellation, I'm still trying to get to them via emails asking for the refund. Does not answer the calls. Online chat is completely ignored.

I ordered a double egg chair which was due to be delivered beginning of Aug. They offered me a free cover for the inconvenience when they couldn’t fulfil the order. I realised the egg chair was never coming and asked for a refund a month ago and it has still not been received. Customer service was very quick to respond until I asked for a refund. I will be making a Statutory Demand for my money (more info on the gov website) and I suggest everyone else does the same as it looks to be the same issue and all over their social media Channels. Looks like it’s time to get the authorities involved! Emily

Excellent company to deal with. Had a problem with my double egg chair and was offered a discount or a replacement. Great communication with customer services and super quick delivery

Disgusting behaviour after 6 months was told item was out of stock, even though my order was accepted. Now I have cancelled the order, been nearly 1 month still waiting for refund. I have emailed several times no reply- don’t bother phoning as no one ever answers the phone, you have an option to leave a voicemail, but doubt anyone hears it. I would give it a zero star if I had the option. The list of complaints is very long….Do not bother ordering!!!! How do I go about getting a refund?
20 October- I recently had an email from them saying they will get accounts to issue a refund ASAP, but nothing since.

This was ordered on pre order so had to wait but arrived on time as promised.Lovely chair, really comfy. The cushion has arms so really good and beautiful

Purchased a waterproof cover for my garden furniture. Sadly it’s not waterproof, I would say only showerproof. If water sits on the cover it seeps through. Have emailed them but had no reply. Very disappointed.

Purchased a double egg chair beginning of July, still waiting. Have sent another email today asking for a refund if they can't give me a definite delivery date. Reading other reviews I'm not holding my breath! Wish I had read here first. I work hard in the care sector for my money and expect goods to be delivered when paid for upfront. Disgusting service, a real disappointment. Just hope I can get my refund of £340!

I ordered some things from this company which should have been delivered in august I have been fighting with them since for updates
I asked for one of the items to be dispatched a fire pit cover for my fire pit I purchased from them a few months before they refused and said it would all come together, I ordered an outdoor swing chair well it’s no good now the summer is over so I cancelled and I am still waiting for my refund. They have had my money since July.
I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my money back. I would not go to these again.

I Had an egg chair delivered beggining of September,when it arrived it was damaged.
I telephoned and they told me to send photos.
A week later they replied to my email and said they would get back to me with a date for collection & replacement.
I have since sent 2 more emails asking for a delivery date with no reply, they are now not answering their telephone.

Ordered single egg chair and arrived with one part missing. This was promptly sent out with no fuss. Really happy with my chair and the service I received
