I honestly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I bought a double egg chair 5 weeks ago and still nothing. Similar to everyone else!

I have sent so many emails and just get fobbed off. Rant the telephone number and it’s constantly busy. Utterly unacceptable.

I just want my money back now, very dishonest company.

Pretty sure the company is folding. Order late, not replying to emails. Seems I’m not alone reading recent reviews.

Incredibly unethical that they are still “open” and receiving new orders when they clearly know there are issues. Fraudulent activity frankly.

Will be taking this further with authorities.

I placed 2 orders here. My first order was £1k nearly 2 months ago & I still haven’t received an order confirmation email. I’ve tried following up for over a week via email, their online chat, on Instagram to be told ‘one moment please’ & then ignored again. I’m not even rushing my sofa I was looking for confirmation that all is ok & it’s really concerning that they aren’t able to do that. I also ordered some dining chairs in cream, got the order received & order confirmed emails to be called up & told they’re out of stock. I was told ‘we can send the green ones’ to which I had to say no obviously nothing close to cream. The value of their items are very high so would think they would invest in sufficient stock software to reflect this. When given a chance to rectify & they can’t do that

Terrible company - still waiting on refund and they lied about their fast delivery on items coming in 3-10 days as they won’t be shipped for 5 weeks. !!!

Order in August received today 14 Dec with many phone calls and to many emails to remember

I would advise everyone to NEVER use Briq Furniture, the company is absolutely appalling. They never actually had my order in stock, eventually responded to the 20 emails I sent them and cancelled the order and then never issued the refund that they said would be done within 7-14 days. I am currently pursuing a chargeback claim against them with my credit card company.

My advice would be to NEVER use Briq, complete utter scam firm.

Waited 6 months for my double egg chair to be delivered! Only just scheduled for delivery tomorrow I’m Really not happy with the experience and will not be using or recommending this website.

Ordered a double egg chair in May. It's now December and nothing but excuses and empty promises of it arriving in the coming weeks. I would avoid at all costs as now fear I'm out of pocket!

Do not buy anything from this company ! Lied since day one, never got my order and after 5/6 weeks of promises and excuse’s had to request refund!

15th June ordered Double Egg Chair. its now mid December and I still have not received it. Every time you email, it's just excuses, waiting and fobbing off. Total dishonest, lies and taking peoples money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

It’s now been 6 months since my original order. I was told to expect delivery early august at the latest, and every time I chased it that changed. It’s now Mid December and still nothing.

Please a warning for everyone Briqfurniture looks a smart website very convincing.In my case I purchased double egg chair and cover the next day.Buy now was selected Nowhere is mentioned the word pre order. The reply was to wait until they get the product made over £200 paid. 20 further emails resulting in briqfurniture saying they have refunded me . Of course they have not no matter how you message them they respond politely saying accounts department are looking in to it. They have never actually repaid any money.I have taken advice from Mastercard and reported them to action fraud who confirm they show as a fraud scam company.don’t wait or go along with their pleading to stay with them reporting them to action fraud after 30 day elapsed will give you a crime ref no which you use to pursue a Mastercard refund . Purchase egg chair 29.10.22 £161.85 purchase cover 01.11.22 £58.91 both items told refunded no refund made do yourselves a favour and don’t fall for the glossy website it’s a scam.

I ordered in October still haven’t had my order I’ve cancelled egg chair told me I will get a refund not had still

delivery expected signing 7-10days. Over a month later still no delivery and no date. I then cancel my order and I’m still waiting for my refund a month later! No one answer the phones and all you get is a generic email reply. I have had to go through my bank for a charge back! worst company I’ve ever tried to use!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered, been 4 months and still waiting for a sofa, do these people think ill let it go. I am open to suggestions on getting this back.

do not use this company, took money in August and was waiting until end of November with still no response of delivery, eventually cancelled the order and still waiting for a refund after the 14days they said it would take.

Never received my items, waiting for three weeks for the refund (still haven't got it)

Very pleased with my egg chair. Although I purchased a cover to go over it but it still hasn’t stopped it going rusty in places but it is kept outside all year round.

Please avoid. Scammers. They took money from me since august and none of my items and been received. Over £2000. Awful
