Ordered in June 2021 and they cancelled my order because they couldn't ship to Northern Ireland. I'm still waiting on the refund of nearly £350. Chased and chased and nothing ever came of it. I will be seeking legal advice because as of yet it's a complete scam.

I ordered a double eight chair in July 2022. Every time I contact him, they say that it's on its way and will be delivered soon. Yet nothing, and they never answer their phone is permanently engaged. I'm not even sure the company exists, I think it's a scam.

Had the pleasure of buying from briq furniture. I found the whole experience fantastic from the ease of ordering through to the communication regarding size and delivery. Briq even tailored my delivery to a specific hour as I work away from home so needed an exact time which was done without a problem. Would highly recommend briq, I’ve had indoor and outdoor furniture and both are top quality and would not look anywhere else.

Brilliant service. I ordered and there was a significant delay in production. I was kept informed and my sofa arrived today! It was worth the wait. Gorgeous

Please please do not use this company bought an egg chair june 2022 it’s now jan 2023 still no chair requested order to be cancelled in November they said yes no prob still no refund I’m going trading standards and my credit card

bought a table and chairs after a month informed me that the chairs were out of stock so cancelled my order i am still waiting for a refund order placed in November .communication is terrible i am now forced to give them 2 weeks more before i go to small claims court .do not deal with these people

Terrible communication, awful customer service and you most like won’t receive your item! This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!
I ordered a double egg chair in October 2022 and I still haven’t received the item. After numerous emails constantly “fobbing me off” with excuses, I finally received a delivery date of FRI 13/01/2023 between 08:00-11:00. I booked the day off work waiting for my item to arrive and nothing! No attempt at delivery and no communication. I contacted the delivery company who advised that Briq have told them to put the order on hold and instructed them to inform me to contact them directly for further information. Unsurprisingly, Briq are not responding to me!
I am now in the process of seeking a full refund.

They do NOT deserve this star, its just so I can warn people to AVOID!! They are nothing but fraudsters! I was a little put off by their bad reviews and did think twice about ordering, however wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt (small business, like myself, in this climate and all) and since the bad reviews were regarding the 'egg chair' and I was ordering a sofa, after speaking with them I STUPIDLY ordered, BIG MISTAKE!! 7 weeks on and still no sofa!! I paid for express delivery (between 2-3 weeks). I have had little to no communication. When I have had communication it has been open ended delivery statuses, empty promises of delivery and then ignored when asking for a refund for the premium I paid or a set date on which the sofa will be delivered. They take days to answer any emails, that's if they do answer, the answers are short and none informative.

I have had to resort to reporting them to my bank for fraud (at this point I am not sure they are even a real company, thank god I used my credit card) and I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Please don't be as stupid as me and be sucked!!

I have taken time off work as my delivery was texted as coming. No communication from Briq since Sept last year. Goods were due by 6 August 2022. Delivery has now been put on hold and Briq don’t answer phone. . These people are utter scum so please don’t buy from them.

Back in July I naively ordered a Double Egg Chair expecting it to be delivered between the estimated late August, early September timeframe. After multiple questions in the months that followed I was told time and again of new expected dates, delays etc, all while their website continues to show you could still buy them (even now at reduced price to what I paid in July). Given the scary reviews on here that show they aren't even refunding properly, when they finally offered a different Double Egg Chair I decided to finally get something for my money. Today (the date they had confirmed for delivery) it arrived (if that was the experience from the beginning maybe they would get more than 1 star!). A slight defect in one of the poles, but I can't be bothered to try and get any customer service.
Good luck to everyone with outstanding orders. Anyone considering buying from Briq need to know that they clearly take too many orders without guarantee of their supply chain...so buyer beware!

AVOID. Order placed August 2021 for delivery September 2021. Nothing received, they ignore emails until you write a negative comment on thwir fb page. They finally responded to me in November 2021saying they will process my refund. January 2022 and STILL NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. I have had to go to my bank for my refund. AVOID

I ordered a set of nutcrackers for £25.00 on 14 November for a Christmas present. After a few days I contacted Briq, either via email or on their chat service. Each time I received an automated reply informing that there would be a response within 48 hours. After several, at least five attempts to contact them, I received a telephone call, number withheld, saying that they were chasing up the order. It has not been possible to contact them via phone call. After Christmas, I contact them for a refund. After several exchanges, I received an email saying that I had been refunded. However, after checking my statements, no refund had been received. I contacted them again and had a response that I was in “processing queue” and would receive a refund in due course. To date this has not happened. It angers me that some disreputable businesses take the funds and know that eventually the customer will give up and simply lose their hard earned money. Be warned.

This BRIQ is scamster. I ordered hammock chair on 2nd of November 2022 they said I will receive it in 2 weeks. But even after a month I haven’t received the item. When I asked for a refund on 9th of December 2022 they said it will take 2 weeks but till today’s date they didn’t refund my money hard earned money £215.75. They stop reply to my emails. GUYS PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!!

I payed for a sofa and was sent a sofa bed, refused to get me the right sofa, then they said they would part refund me, I never heard from them again, this company has robbed me and my family, I am disabled and have 4 disabled children under the age of 12, hart broken,

We ordered a sofa, UK made (option we selected) rapid sofa delivery in 2-3 weeks (option we selected) countless emails from us and attempts at using their instant messaging service (no response on either) or their phone number that is constantly engaged. It’s now 6 weeks and nothing.

I waited months for an egg chair. Emailed, called and no reply. I believed they were a scam company.
I now have my egg chair ( 3 months late) and the only way I got it was hounding their social media, instagram posts, comments and Facebook, I sent them maybe a direct message on instagram threatening to report them and finally got a response and a delivery date. Shocking it had to get to this, but it anyone is awaiting an item I suggest instagram DM

I write this reluctantly, but having only just recevied the Egg Chair i ordered in Jun 22 and now it is late Dec 22. The quality of the chair is good and the delivery was well executed, but the Customer Service is unbeliveable, i had no ends of excuses, when they eventually responded to emails or online messages, dont even try and ring, it usually doesnt get answered and if it does, well just imagine of an excuse and that would be it, weather, international delays to name just a few.
But fear not, because you will be inundated with emails and text messages telling you to order now as only a few units left for next day delivery.. but not your order, oh no, that's still to be be received. I really can not recommend this company purly down to the customer service. My belief is, that company are in financial difficulties and they are using new streams of income to fulfil old orders and i hope this is not correct, but there is no other reason i had to wait 6 months for an order.

Still hasn’t arrived after 11 days. Response to email 4 days. Still nothing positive!!

Absolutely disgusting do not buy anything from here. I’ve waiting over 10 weeks. Can’t get through to cancel order. The customer service is shocking. No number works. Countless emails ignored. Don’t not use the company.
