I have used BVR twice in the last week and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff in the office were friendly, informative and professional.
On the removal days the two gentleman who worked so hard provided an excellent service. They were prompt, friendly, professional and represented BVR admirably. I’m only sorry I cannot remember their name, the one guy was from Africa. They deserve their praise.
I can highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Bristol Van Removals was fantastic!
I couldn’t have done the move without them. Everyone was kind, professional and friendly from the person who came round to assess how much stuff I had to move, the people I spoke to on the phone, the guys who moved everything on the day and the cleaners who ensured my old house was fresh and clean for the new people to move into. Everyone was brilliant and I am beyond thankful that they made my house move such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend using this company.

They were very prompt, friendly and efficient. The whole process was easy and stress free, I would definitely recommend.

Dan and his team were fabulous- how do they remain so calm! And how do they work so hard, and remain so polite?!?! Can’t answer those questions- but they do - we’ve used them twice, the first time to move our furniture into storage and then when we’d found our hopefully ‘forever home’ to move us out of storage into our new home. The team who did our removal last week were excellent. A lot of care was taken to protect items, and there was no accidental damage.
The team were very friendly. And helpful in managing to take all the pots from the garden, as requested.
A special mention to the lovely cleaners who followed the removers, and did an excellent job.

I am the manager of Cinch self storage in Chippenham - BVR brought a customer into storage with us. From the moment they arrived I was impressed which after 5 years of being here is only the second time I can actually say that. They were considerate, respectful and a good representation of the company - well done guys. Shame you are not closer to me, I would happily give you a lot of business!

We had a visit prior to our move to assess what our needs were and provide a quote. This was a very competitive quote beating others who did not carry out a preliminary visit. On moving day, the two vans arrived on time and the team had a quick tour and then set to work. They were quick and efficient and friendly to have around. When the vans were full they had a quick break whilst we collected the keys to our new house. They arrived minutes after us and were unpacked and assembling the furniture as instructed and then patiently rearranging pieces whilst I made my mind up. I am so glad we used them. We had a long and stressful conveyancing process so we were relieved when the guys from Bristol Van Removals arrived took confidently took control. Nick arrived ahead of time and had a good look around the house to assess what we had packed and what was still assembled.

The rest of the vans then arrived and the team were able to start straight away. My partner and I just sat back and watched them remove all our belongings quickly, efficiently and really important to me: carefully.

I’m really pernickety about my stuff and I can say that the guys from Bristol Van Removals were far more accurate and careful than I could have been.

When we got to our new home, they then quickly but carefully unloaded each box to exactly where we wanted it.

Nothing was too much trouble. All the guys were friendly and happy. It was by far the easiest part of the whole moving process.

It was such a smooth process; they came and packed up everything on day one and moved it all on day 2. Minimal stress for us - they were on time, really friendly, efficient and went the extra mile when asked. Can't fault it. The vans managed the tight roads on North Bristol as well!

I honestly couldn’t fault them. They were considerate, punctual, and polite. Nothing was broken during the move, and their patience was much appreciated. They even went the extra mile to dismantle and rebuild the furniture, including the bed base, at my new property. What more can I say? Brilliant service – thank you, Dave and team!

What an amazing experience we had with Bristol van removals! The removal team on the day were absolutely fantastic. The team were a joy to have around on the morning of the move and every member was friendly, hardworking, professional and moved every item with care. Really couldn't be happier with Bristol Van Removals- they were extremely responsive from first contact, responded to questions and e-mails very quickly, and even sent me a follow up e-mail to thank me for payment when I paid prior to the move. Their prices were fair, and the surcharge for the crew to pack everything was reasonable, in my opinion.

The crew were helpful, friendly, and efficient, finishing the packing and move well within the timeframe that was allocated. They treated my belongings with care, and they were good about asking if there was any uncertainty about whether or not something needed to be packed. I was so happy with my experience that my housemate is planning to use them for her move/house clearance in a few months. I would use their services again without hesitation, and absolutely recommend them if you're in the Bristol area and moving.

Dan and Alex moved us on one of the hottest days of the year and were absolutely brilliant! Professional, efficient and careful with our belongings and new home. They made the whole process much less stressful. Booking and rescheduling were simple and Livvy’s clear and helpful communication made everything even easier. Highly recommended!
