The fact that I had to do it all on line as the customer service representative said the phone line was just for vulnerable people. How did she know that I wasn’t vulnerable. In the process of changing details over to a different car it crashed and I had to do it through chat which was even more stressful .

Dealt with agent Ed (EB7) who tried his best to accommodate my request but, unfortunately, your quote was too far away for me to accept it. Thank you for the cover I've "enjoyed" for the past year. I would prefer to be able to speak to agents, via the telephone, as it's far more personal and, indded, quicker. Having said that I am old and that is the service I've always been used to.
Avoid One Click
I would not give it one star. Had a contents policy 2025-2026, did not realise it automatically rolled on unless cancelled. I bought and paid for a contents policy in 2026. After this I saw a debit on my account from One Click and when I investigated was told it was a roll on from previous years policy. However no one got in touch which would have amazed anyone sensible person as the amount debited was almost double the previous years price! I have been on the phone for several hours being asked multiple questions yet getting no answers. Finally after numerous days I am told the One Click policy is cancelled but I dont get a refund. If all insurance companies operated like One Click they would eventually not have a business. I will never use them again and would seriously advise everyone to avoid their company. If other companies operated like this then insurance would be an outright scam.

MX2 developed a good understanding of my requirements and put forward several options for my consideration, without any pressure. The end result was a renewal price that was substantially cheaper than the lowest quote received from elsewhere. And the price is fixed for 3 years, cancellable at any time.
