I just rang to sort out a meter reading and final bill. Amazing service. Phone answered promptly by Hannah, who sorted things out in a couple of minutes. Less time than I would have spent with other companies negotiating the menu options.
Not the first time I have been impressed by their service and their great team. What a shame banks and other utilities can't do so well!

I have dealt with several different properties over the past few years and they are with out exception always good.

Reported a burst water main outside of my house at 0845hrs this morning. Engineer arrived 1 hour later and located the leak and advised he would get a team out to carry out the repair as soon as possible. 2 hours later Craig and Dai arrived and got on with the job of digging the pavement up to locate the leak and carry out the repair. I was very impressed at how hard Craig and Dai worked whilst at all times complying with health and safety regulations.

Sarah neilson talked me through seeing up my new water rates etc she was friendly polite and a pleasure to deal with and very informative!

A huge thank you to Jon Jefferies and all the team involved at Bristol Water for going out of their way to proactively find a solution for our very old leaking water supply pipe to our Grade II listed cottage. It was looking extremely unlikely that normal mains water supply would be restored in time for Christmas till Jon arrived on the scene. In the dark of the night he quickly assessed the best way forward and then ensured Bristol Water's approval process and relocation of a new meter dovetailed with our appointed contractor who installed new plastic supply piping to our cottage. Jon kept us informed of progress throughout explaining what needed to done for each step even when taking a long weekend's leave. Customer focussed and experienced employees like Jon are an incredible asset to Bristol Water.

Alex was a polite and conscientious young man who dealt with my request in a very efficient manner. If only all the other companies I had to phone today were the same. Thanks Alex

I called BW to see if they knew where my late father’s water meters were. They kindly gave me the locations detailed by my father which were, frankly, not helpful. The lovely lady then agreed that she could send out someone to read the two meters for me in the next 10 working days. This has saved me a 200 mile round trip, so I am very grateful.

Call answered in one ring ! My bill question was easily answered. Kind lady recalculated our water usage and our direct debit will now be a lot less. Very satisfied customer.

Not impressed. A leak was fixed outside our house and all the broken fittings left on the pavement.

Utterly useless. Rang the emergency line 3 times only to be put through to a message box request. In the meantime we have NO water and 4.children...

I had a question about my bill. Started to dread the wait and if the line would be open… pressed the call button, one ring and ‘hello my name is Paul…’. A real person immediately! Fantastic! Questions answered in less than 2 mins. Well done!

Just wanted to pass on our thanks to the team at Bristol Water, who helped us reconnect our water loss at 11pm last night (no fault of Bristol Water). The emergency line was prompt and the handler gave us triage support and suggestions and stayed on the line to confirm actions. We then had a visit (from I think Nick?), within the hour, who found the fault on the water line leading into the property and restored the water. We are very grateful for their prompt and supportive response. Excellent service.

I just want to say that whenever I contact Bristol Water, I don't have to go through various options on the phone. They answer the phone promptly, are friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. For me they are the best utility company to deal with, I've never had a problem.
