Experience of a first time seller
Firstly when I called to enquire about selling as an ordinary member of the public I was made to feel welcome and the process was exlained clearly. On arrival at the Bristol offices I was treated very professionally but in a friendly way. Mary who dealt with my sale was helpful and informative. Based on this experience I will definitiely use you again and have told friends about the excellent service

Secure vault facilities in Newcastle
It was a pleasure visiting the British Bullion vault in Newcastle. Franco was highly professional and looked after us well throughout the visit. The prices paid for the bullion pieces we sold were slightly lower than we could have obtained in London but we felt this was outweighed by the convenience and safety of transacting locally. We were told wire payment would be within 10 working days and in fact it was paid in 5 working days. I would have no hesitation using the Newcastle branch of British Bullion in the future.

American Tourist in Bristol
My family was visiting Bristol from the United States for a vacation. I collect Silver as a hobby. It was my first time buying it from an actual vault. The lady who attended us was exceptionally knowledgeable and respectful. My wife and I selected a few silver rounds that were specifically British as a souvenirs from our time in Bristol. I would highly recommend British Bullion if you are interested in investing in precious metals or if you just like collecting it. It’s definitely worth a stop if you are passing through Bristol or staying for a visit.

For me useless
For me useless. Tried buying 1/10 or 1/4 bullion coin from them end of last year, communication was lacking at times, and no stock of what I wanted. I wanted to use small amount of cash saved up. They promised they would contact me as soon as stock available. Five months later I heard nothing. I contacted them again to be told, no stock, only available to order in. I would have to pay upfront which defeats the object. It comes across that unless you are spending vast amounts then it's best to use other companies. I'll have to pay cash into the bank and probably use another supplier.

Hi Sandra, you did not give me the option of paying by cash at the branch, just the option of paying online. Had you done so I would of gladly accepted and gone to the branch to place an order. Thanks anyway, shame this was not made clearer in our messages. I would also like to point out, I had to chase someone initially as they did not get back to me for quite some time. I appreciate your reply though.

As discussed, the specif coins you are looking to purchase with the latent images have not been available for collection in our Southampton branch since you first enquired.
It is not something we generally hold as stock however, in this circumstance it is common for us to offer the client a purchase to order service where we give you a live estimate and once payment has been received by bank transfer or cash we will place the order from our supplier and give you a realistic timeframe for local collection,
I understand I offered you this service today and declined.
I apologise this did not meet your satisfaction and sorry we could not help you further on this occasion.
