Brilliant neck pillow for flying .. I’ve tried loads over the years and all rubbish.. this one is fab and a total game changer

What I expected. Had to pick up from an INPOST garage 8 miles away from where I lived which I wasn’t happy about.

Incredibly slow delivery - ordered on the 1st October, received today (19th October). No reply to an email about the tracking not working so I couldn’t even check to see if there was a delay or where it was being shipped from. Can’t give a fair view on the product itself as I’ve not even opened it yet!

Received my pillows and was a little disappointed at first because I thought the Velcro didn’t work .then realised there’s a protective cover over it that needs removing .
Very happy now .they are sturdy and supportive for the neck can’t wait to try them out on my next long haul flight

I never received my pillows - tried to contact them by phone and two emails never heard back shocking -call yourself British more like rubbish ! DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The pillows arrived too late to be used. When I tried to organise a return and refund I could not get hold of anyone. An invalid phone number listed, no replies to emails or messages. AVOID.

Ordered product 10 days ago and still not received it. Can’t contact them either by phone or email. Tracking number not recognised by DHL
Bought British thinking I would have a speedy delivery but unfortunately not the case.
Very disappointed

Not tried it yet on a flight but did try it on for half an hour and think it's going to be great. My next trip is on a train so looking forward to using it.

1st was the best sleep in a long bloody time . Great pillow 😴 👌

Strange at first but when you get used to it it feels more natural and you wake up pain free and refreshed, like it a lot

Very unhappy wanted to return, emailed in and never received an email back so have no way of returning. The Velcro doesn’t stick it’s rubbish

I am still awaiting delivery of my purchase and have not received an update from my message or email

The ordering and delivery was fine but I’m disappointed with the product I bought 2 of the travel neck pillows and the velcro on both is really bad does not stick and so can’t really use them, it will probably cost me more to return them so I’m stuck with them I was so looking forward to using these on an upcoming holiday but looks like we’ll both have a sore neck trying to sleep on the plane 😢

Ten days and I'm still waiting on the product to be delivered. Seems all you get for your money is stupid emails making false promises.
A joke but an expensive one on me!
