Chris Stevens did a great job assisting us in buying our new 2024 Jayco Redhawk SE. Molly and Juan were helpful as well as all the others involved in delivering our motorhome to the Yakama Reservation. It was a pleasure from the late afternoon we first toured the motorhome with 100+ temperatures until we signed with Chris and Juan a few weeks later. As we took our maidan voyage into central OR, sat next to Shuttle Lake and enjoyed the cool breeze, we reflected on the efficiency and the kindness of the staff at Broadmoor RV.

Our salesman was amazing and patient with us as we deliberated between several models, showing them to us repeatedly. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. I haven't worked with parts or service yet, nor have I picked up my RV but so far, I am pleased!

They make buying a RV simple and pleasant. Everyone working there make you feel like you are at home .

The best part of the whole experience with Broadmoor was dealing with Luis our sales representative. He bent over backwards for us from the very start and we feel he went to bat when it came time to make the deal. The dealership was also top notch and the delivery experience was great with Charlie and Molly in finance. We drove 800 miles one way because they were one of the few dealers that had the unit we were looking for in stock. I would have given 5 stars but there were some things that needed fixed that were very obvious and should have been taken care of prior to delivery. They were fixed before we left. We have found a few more little issues since, that we can fix ourselves. We also felt the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly for a new unit. Overall very satisfied!

Our experience from the minute we walked in was so welcoming. The team we worked with were exceptional and a joy to work with. Jeremy listened to what we were looking for and took us right to the RV's my husband talked to him about. He is the friendliest person I think we've ever known, like he's known us for years. There was absolutely no sales pressure from him whatsoever, so refreshing. We worked with Molly in finance and she was so nice and kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything in such great detail we had no questions for her. Charles completed our walkthrough with us and he was so detail oriented even giving us extra tips he has learned over the years from the "old timers". We really can't say enough great things about the entire team!!!

Great experience overall. Jeremy was our salesman and was great to work with. Charles did our walkthrough and thoroughly explained everything. Extras/options were explained and offered throughout the buying process but was never pushed excessively. Broadmoor supports many local events and we wanted support them, and are glad we did.

Marta was a gem to work with. She really does go the extra mile! Thank you for everything! We are a repeat customer, this great service is why we came back!! Great job guys!!

We were contacted almost immediately by Marta after reaching out online about purchasing a travel trailer! She stayed in constant communication with us and within 24 hours we signed papers to purchase our new RV! She was very attentive to our wants and needs and was very knowledgeable. I gave Broadmoor a 5 star review because right from the beginning they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I walked into the store five minutes before closing and Jeremy ended up staying an additional 45 minutes to show me two RVs on the lot. Broadmoor was able to get the numbers to my liking and we had a deal within a few days. I would recommend anyone to come check out the lot before you go to the other stores in the area.

I enjoyed the teamwork and positive atmosphere. From the front desk to the sales and contracting, to the final walk-through. Everyone was kind, inviting, and engaging.

The salesperson went out of his way with us, he was nice, respectful and knew his stuff. Eder and Neal were great and that is why I will recommend them to others.

We have made two purchases of travel trailers at Broadmoor, a 2021 Jayco Eagle and a 2023 Jayco Eagle. Before you ask, the 2023 was a replacement for the 2021, which a different dealership (in no way, shape, or form, related to Broadmoor) managed to turn some cosmetic warrenty work into a fully non-functional trailer. The Broadmoor team made it right. They took back the 21, at above trade value, and got us into the 23 in 2 days, we were crushed for time and they got us on the road so we could catch up with our reservations (we are spending 6 months in the trailer snowbirding). Eder, Jayson, John, and all of the service team ROCKED the world getting the new trailer prepped for departure. If you want a dealership that CARES about you and how much an RV is a part of your lifestyle, then this is where you want to go. They don't just have a customers, they have customer relationships!! The RV world will know how great Broadmoor is, because we WILL share this story with all the RVers we meet over the coming years. THANKS TO BROADMOOR for saving our winter adventure!!!
