Thank you Broadmoor RV for such a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Luis did a good job coordinating the purchase. Most of the sales dialogue was conducted via phone since I was living out of state. His follow up and coordination of getting the options installed prior to me picking up the unit, made the sale and delivery of the unit go smooth. Joe did a pretty good job with the delivery "walk-thru" but omitted covering several items that I did not realize until after taking possession of the unit. He did not discuss setting up the router. Manuals for the self-leveling system were not included with the rest of the appliance documentation included with the unit.

Broadmoor was easy to deal with. I can't wait for warm weather to start using my new trailer.

Our salesman Luis was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From sales to finance right down to service and parts the whole experience was an absolute pleasure and we ended up getting the trailer that we really wanted I highly recommend these guys

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Broadmoor RV and our sales representative Jason Rowland was wonderful.

Service was good until the paperwork was signed. No service, help or anything after the sale was over.
I had major issues after the purchase, The hydraulics were leaking all over the front cabinet. I called the salesman and he asked for pictures. This was a week ago and I have not received and call, email or text.
I drove 16 hrs each way to buy a 125k trailer and then get treated like this.
If I had to do it over I would not have gone to this dealer knowing that they would not care about me after the sale.

We've now purchased 2 travel trailers from Broadmoor RV, even though we live in western Washington. They are always worth the drive, they offer far better service than the Jayco dealer near us, beat pricing and go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. They made us feel like family. We'll be back for our next RV in a few years.

Everything was wonderful. We had the BEST Sales person in Eder ever. He walked us through EVERYTHING to be sure we stayed satisfied in the whole process. We of course have not had a chance to see how the after the sale process goes but if anything like the purchase we will continue to refer them always. Walking in the door to walking out..As they say come as strangers leave as friends:)
Service folks were amazing as well sorry I can't recall the individuals name (Alfredo??) Was the Best.

They went out of their way to meet and beat Camping World quote. Giving us tours of RV that fit our budget, payments, etc…explaining what we may need to think of purchasing next and didn’t need.

These guys are awesome!. Everyone in the place was extremely helpful, dropped everything to answer questions when I had them. The walkthrough with Charlie was thorough and when I went back several times with additional questions, he always dropped what he was doing and answered them. Joe and Alfredo jumped in when necessary to provide additional help. When we went to the campsite with the new RV we had problems undoing the hitch and they sent someone right over to help. 20 minutes later we had a problem with the leveling system and they came right back to the campground to help us figure it out. Molly in finance was great and didn't try to pressure into buying anything. Our sales rep Marta stayed on top of everything from the time we ordered till we left Pasco. It was worth the 10-hour drive to do business with them. I wish every business had this level of service!

The sale's, financial, and PDI maintenance personnel at Broadmoor RV in our opinion done us a very good job. We found our Outdoor RV GP27MKS and are happy with their product. Kudos to the staff that made our dreams come true.
On the down side we were not provided with any utility hook accessories for the trip home as we were planning on making a few stops along the way. Had I known this we could have brought along the necessary accessories. Seems the basic accessories should be provided for as much as we paid for this unit as a major of the RV sales business do provide in the PDI.

Oh From start to finish our experience with Broadmoor RV was pleasant. They answered all my questions and gave me some good suggestions. I couldn’t have expected to have any better of an experience buying an RV.

We showed up on the lot and told the Salesman Doug Sitton that we were looking for a quality trailer. He showed us several examples. We decided on a 2022 Arctic Fox 25W. We couldn’t have made a better choice! This new trailer is so comfortable and well put together! In fact, the whole staff at Broadmore was friendly and helpful, from the time we stepped on the lot to when we picked up our new trailer! Would highly recommend these folks!

Brad helped me initially one year ago. He wasn’t pushy, was friendly and knowledgeable. We decided we weren’t ready to purchase at the time. We came back and requested him, but it was his day off. Marta helped us instead and was equally as enjoyable as our previous experience.

The only issue with our recent purchase was some additional add on's that were available. If we were informed prior to the scheduled pick up day we may have considered them.
