Angel in sales was super! Service department was great!

Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. No pressure for sales just honest explanations of the details of the RV and the coverage plans available. Fast easy service and the guys in the bays are patient and explain all you need to know to take the best care of your new RV.

This was our second major purchase from Broadmoor RV, and also the second from Angel M. As with our first purchase, it was a great experience. Angel, Molly and Trent are exceptional representatives for the dealership; and, when we deal with them we always feel like we're their only customer. Our first purchase was a Jayco trailer, and this latest purchase a Coachman motorhome. We are very happy with our purchase, happy with what we received in trade for our trailer, and the great pricing on our new motorhome. When you know that you will be treated fairly, it saves a lot of time from having to shop around. Broadmoor RV is our go-to RV place.

From the first time my wife and I went to go look at trailers the Boradmoor team was extremely helpful and kind. We didnt know what we were looking for at first and the salesmen gave us a lot of useful information we used while shopping around at other places. A few months pass and we’ve been around town and surrounding areas looking for our perfect trailer. We found ourselves back at Broadmoor when the time came to pull the trigger, and just like when we were looking the salesmen were very helpful. Throughout the entire buying process up until we hooked up and drove off the lot we were very pleased with the experience!

My husband and I walked into your location, not knowing what to expect and was greeted very professional and was approached by a sales rep named Angel. She had a great smile and asked how she could help, we explained we were wanting an r.pod and told her of our concerns and took us out to see what she could do. We told her we saw advertised that they had an r.pod and without a song and dance she took us right to it. She was versed in the knowledge and was very helpful. We bought it on the spot ! She was very helpful working us through the finances and met our needs. Whatever we wanted she was right on to make sure we got it. No matter how big or small she gave us straight forward answers. Angel is for sure the sale rep that takes care of you and she has made our buying a wonderful experience. Thank you and would not hesitate to recommend your business and Angel.

Pleased with the process from start to finish. From the knowledgeable sales, financing, and finally to the walkthrough at the end. All of our questions were answered in a thorough manner and everyone took the time to go above and beyond. We asked a lot of questions and they were all answered which is exceptional in comparison to our other experiences. Keep up the good work everyone.

I recently purchased a Jayco Whitehawk 32RL from Broadmoor RV. I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and knew exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied with our purchase and enjoy the unit . The only negative was during the walkthrough, I discovered that the front windshield was cracked. A new windshield has been ordered. Overall our experience has been positive.

Everyone at Broadmoor RV Superstore was friendly and helpful. We chose a pre-owned trailer, and later decided it was too large for our needs. There were no issues transferring our deposit to a better fitting trailer. We are very happy with our new purchase. Nelly and Kyle were both very knowledgable and helpful and we never felt pressured. A very nice experience.
