Nelly in sales was excellent. It is really hard to find new RV's currently. He showed us options but stayed patient and allowed us the space to keep looking. When we found what we wanted he helped us move quickly. Even allowing us to interrupt him on days off.

Once again, Broadmoor went above and beyond for us. This is our second time working with Broadmoor and we are just as happy this time as the first time. The service department made sure we were set and safe with our new camper. They worked hard to get us turned around in a day.
Brad was great getting us traded in to what we were looking for and Molly zipped us through all the paperwork. I thoroughly recommend everyone there!

After some confusion on hitch type for towing, we experienced kind and professional service during the walkthrough and effort to get everything functional in the camper. The furnace is not working. I called but haven't heard back yet.
'Trent' was incredible helping us and being focused on our concerns.

Was a great seamless transition. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. The walk thru was thorough. Loved our experience at Broadmoor RV! Can’t wait to get our jayco on the road.

When we showed up for the walk-thru, the RV wasn’t ready and during the installation of a brake controller while we were doing the walk-thru something happened so the cameras/navigation/stereo no longer worked. Although Joe Garcia tried his best to remedy the problem, he wasn’t able to get it corrected.
We opted for the outside surface protectant and in the sunlight, it is really blotchy and uneven.
Marta went over the top in our sales experience and we’ve purchased 2 RV’s from her so far.

The sales department was great Jason and Angel were awsome They both went out of there way. Charles who did the walk-through with us when we bought a new toy hauler he explained everything make sure everything worked fixed a few things right there while we waited the whole experience with Broadmoor RV was awesome I would recommend them to everybody

My husband called and spoke with Jason. Wen I got home he had me connect via text, and I found exactly what I wanted! After a quick credit app, all we had to do was drive down and pick up our new home away from home! Quick, easy and a perfect match for us! We are already recommending Broadmoor RV to others!

This was our first R/V purchase. When I first called Broadmoor Chris Almanza anwsered the phone and from them on he helped us from start to finish. He anwsered our calls and questions. Great job Chris and THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
We love our trailer.

Trailer was not ready to go as discussed (was headed direct to AK directly). It had a slide obviously out of alighment I needed to point out, upon adjustment of slide the slide gear was broken. No spare parts to fix so coming from out of state I had to take " as is"

Some minor manufacture issues with the Arctic Fox keep it from being the unit it could and should be at the price point. The TV mount is screwed into just the paneling with no backer, that didnt make it even out of the state. draw faces fell off shortly after and needed glued. Not here to bash, mostly minor things that could easily be addressed. Nice comfortable unit, just needs a little TLC to get right.

The technician performing the walk through of the RV with us was very helpful (appreciate the surge protector suggestion). We did have some damage to the hatch cover where the generator would go on the 5th wheel which wasn't there the day before when we initially looked at the trailer. Broadmoor will replace it but it will take a few weeks to come in.

Our experience at Broadmoor was excellent! Everyone worked to ensure we found a perfect home-away-from-home; from Angel helping us find our Micro Minnie, to Molly making the purchase a breeze, and Charles making sure we were ready to hit the road. We were overly impressed and pleased with the customer service. Thanks to Broadmoor, we’re definitely happy campers!!
