Excellent from visiting the showroom, site visit to the installation of the pergola.
Definitely recommend Broadview and would use them again.

Had been searching for a new awning on out old but working mechanism. These guys visited to price and brought samples. Ordered and delivered in timescales and fitters great on the day. We also had arm tightened as it was sagging. Really happy.

Product is good and the service both in the showroom and on site was excellent

We bought a 7.5m x 3.5m Brustor blind, installed in March 2023. Paid extra for anemometer and automatic closing if the wind got too high, total cost £6,271. In August 2024 staff reported a loud bang, and discovered the blind was broken. Had to pay £150 for Broadview even to pass an opinion on the warranty claim, then they told us it was damaged by rain and therefore not covered. That was the first time they said that rain could destroy it - they had previously said not to leave it retracted when wet to avoid mould.

All three folding arms had snapped, and they quoted us £2,924.40 to repair it. I very much feel like I am being milked like a cash cow, and resent it. I have decided not to consider Broadview Blinds for the next installation, and I cannot in conscience recommend them.

Your fitter Arek arrived on time with everything he needed and fitted the shutters in two rooms perfectly. Very pleased and he was a very efficient and courteous man.

We had 3 large windows measured by William and though they were slightly different sizes expected the blinds to be balanced with each other in their design. They were not and now William says there is nothing they can do. Make sure you get a design of what work is to be done, we thoughly regret not getting one.

Blinds for two Velux windows came and were wrong. A roller blind came and was not square to the window sill. It was taken away nearly a month ago and not seen since despite emails sent asking for it back before Christmas.
Velux blinds arranged to fit on 19th December but they didn't show up so now rearranged for the 14th January. I don’t know whose fault this was but full access was given to Broadview to measure and assess prior to the wrong units being sent from Velux. Draw your own conclusions.

The shutters look lovely and the fitters were very polite. Had in issue with one of the panels being the wrong size but was rectified quickly.

The issue was attended to all all corrected now

From point of meeting the team to design to delivery, communications were exceptional.

The product is robust, with quality engineering. The chaps who installed the canopy were amazing and cared for our every need. Very glad we went with these guys and did not fall for buying some cheaper solutions on line!

The installation was good but the team failed to fit a wind speed anemometer, which was included in the price. I had to sort this out with the office. Which should not have been necessary.

We visited Broadview looking for details about the purchase and fitting of a bathroom blind. After some discussions in the store we agreed for a home visit to complete the measuring process. We were visited by Josh, a family member who was very friendly , came with loads of samples , very knowledgeable but put no pressure on us to commit in any way. As it happened whilst at our home I asked questions about the fitting of a blind for our lantern window. Josh explained the options available. He took the measurements of both windows and within a few days we were supplied with a quote. After a little while we decided to proceed with the purchase of both curtain blinds.
Everything about the service was 5 ⭐️ however we were told that our bathroom blind would be fitted in 3 weeks and the lantern in 5 week. We proceeded on this basis. After 4 weeks we had to chase for fitting date only to be told that the bathroom blind was ready but they were waiting for the lantern blind to come in. We were disappointed but accepted a date for fitting.
The fitter was excellent, came and finished within an agreed time frame and was very tidy and cleaned up after,
As we said above we would have scored a maximum but the delay in fitting our bathroom blind and the need for chasing (none of this would have happened if only one product purchased) we have reduced to a 4 ⭐️.
We would definitely recommend.

From the very first contact through to the installation it has been a joy dealing with the team at Broadview. We had a single storey extension on our house a few years ago and have been looking for someone to build a pergola onto the back and to install some shading into the large roof lanterns. Having spoken with a few companies, we came across Broadview when we were taking a short break in Dorset. The solutions for the pergola and shading are exactly what we wanted and at a great price. The service throughout has been friendly, prompt and not at all salesy. We would highly recommend.

Took from June to dec to get my blind parts turned up broken
