We have been very impressed with Nationwide after deciding to purchase 2 blinds for our south facing decking area and glass covered verandah.
They were fitted today by Matt and Harry who did an excellent job despite the wind, rain and cold. They let us know early that due to a mix up with appointments they would be arriving at 1.00pm rather than at 9.00am. They worked steadily, were polite, cleared away all the packaging and washed down the brick dust from walls and decking after finishing. A great job done and we look forward to benefitting from the shade next summer.

Matt and Harry did a great job installing our new awning (and disposing of our old one) in the pouring rain. They were polite and friendly, and completed the job efficiently - we barely knew they were here. The awning looks great

Rhys Dean and Luke arrived on time.
Very polite and worked for 4 hours straight.
Installation went smoothly .
Made sure that they wore shoe coverings in the house and left the patio area tidy.

The Company provided excellent service through initial enquiry to survey and on to installation of a veranda. We were made aware of the lead time from order to installation so although it was approximately 10 weeks this was not an issue. The installation team of Guy and Jordan were fantastic. The day of the installation was a yellow weather warning for wind and rain and I expected a cancellation or limit to what they could complete however they arrived on time, worked incredibly hard in testing conditions and completed the installation in the day. They were polite, hardworking and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Couldn’t ask for anymore

The company was not as professional as I would have liked as they gave me a date to install but it never happened and they didn’t bother to ring me back to explain why I had to ring them and they didn’t reply to that phone call for another week however the two men Dean and Rhys who did eventually install it they were brilliant

Nationwide did a great job in providing us with a back garden motorised awning. We had a sales guy visit who showed all the awning fabric options, and the process was smooth thereafter. Rhys and his team arrived and got the awning cassette installed efficiently and it worked properly after he set up the electrics.

From the day Rob Duncan came to go through the type of awning we wanted, to today's installation - great job Matt & Harry - the whole process has run smoothly.

The whole service was very professional from the ordering, to the survey and the fitting
Excellent service from the fitters - Reece and Tom were very professional, explained the stages as they went along
The weather was atrocious whilst they worked but they never gave up - the finished product is of a very high standard

From our inquiry to installation has been very positive. Dean and Rhys were very clean and tidy today when fitting the Awning. The only downside was that it all took a few weeks longer than we were quoted. But overall a excellent product.

Good service, everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date. The installation went very well, the installers were professional and took all the rubbish away with them.

Dean and Rhys arrived early. They were very pleasant to deal with and installed the blind despite it bucketing down with rain!

Dean and Rhys installed our sun screens today and we are delighted.The product is terrific and the survey carried out by Daran was clearly exceptional. More than that, though, Dean and Rhys were terrific. Exceptional work ethic and exceptional attitude. A great deal is written today about the customer experience. Many businesses, though, don’t deliver one, or at least, don’t deliver a great one. Nationwide, represented so brilliantly by Daran and by Dean and Rhys do deliver a great experience.

Arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job within the suggested time frame; cleared up satisfactorily.

Dean, Rhys and their team fitted our 6m awning and did a fabulous job. They were efficient, friendly and polite, clearly loving their job! We would recommend Nationwide Awnings to anyone 😀

I really enjoy the remote controlled outside blinds. The product is exactly how I wanted it.

I gave 5 stars HOWEVER, I have waited 10 weeks for installation. I did not know, when I paid two thirds of the price, that I’ll have to wait a whole season. I blame the UK culture… for this price, I would have expected a quicker service.

The installation was well executed, the fitters were polite and friendly-just 9 weeks late.
