Really great quality clothing with fun, unique and standout designs. I ordered a t-shirt which arrived quickly, fit as described and is good quality, even after washing. I've had quite a few compliments!

Unlike other recent reviews I didn’t find the quality matched the price and the customer service could be improved. I ordered from Broken Society for the first time recently and my first impression of the tshirt was that it was quite thin and not the quality I was expecting. The sizing was good but it smelled strongly (I assume the print) so I had to wash it (at 30 degrees). The printed label inside the tshirt peeled away after the first wash so i question how many washes the actual design print will last. I wrote this on a review that I was asked via marketing email to write, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered. I was contacted by broken society asking for photos of the label ‘to raise with their production team’. I sent a photo as requested but they then asked for another photo showing the rest of the tshirt. I wasn’t going to keep sending photos and felt they were more interested in ‘raising with their production team’ rather than acknowledge that I wasn’t that impressed with the product. A decent company would have asked me to return the tshirt and sent a replacement.

One arm hole is 2 inches bigger than the other for a start

The fabric is rotten there there’s already a hole and it hasn’t even been worn

Amazing designs and great quality cotton of t shirts. What really shines is their impeccable customer service! There was an issue with design facing the wrong way (back rather than front) and I accidentally ordered wrong size, I can't thank amazing team more: not only they were quick to respond, advise and rectify issue, but sent new replacement at no charge first class which meant I've got my t shirt in time for planned holiday! You rarely get such quality customer services these days. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

3 time we order, always good quality and original ideas, 1 time there was a little stain on the tshirt, they went out of there way to fix it. Very friendly and helpfull customers service. Gonna order again.

Negative, false advertising, the hoody is not 100% Cotton. Also arrive with holes.

The hat is unfinished with interfacing all showing. Look like dog dinner!

Absolutely disappointed in there customers service. How can they sell people this and waste their time in returning this! I have other commitments and I have to waste my time returning it and on going emails..btw they took agest through long emails of sending photos , emails of complaints.

I sent photo of it on their website. But they took it off. So a misleading company...like cheating in a exam....who can trust a company like that....
Take responsibility and refund customers when you send poorly made goods.

I ordered matching t-shirts for me and my son but when are arrived mine was off white not like my son's bright white contacted customer service only to be told its different manufacturers thats done the t-shirts and if I wanted an exchange I would receive the same off white colour not bright white like my son's not great won't be ordering again. They need to talk to manufacturers to change t-shirt colours.

The clothing is amazing and the customer service second to none. I ordered an item quite last minute and had a panic it wouldn't arrive in time for my husband's birthday weekend away. I contacted the company and received a message back almost immediately offering express shipping at a really reasonable price. With the bank holiday weekend it was still unlikely to arrive but we gave it a shot and it came today. It's in the suitcase ready to go. Excellent quality as with all of the items we've bought previously. I have even ordered two further tshirts for gifts. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service!

I was really looking forward to the shirts. Unfortunately, I find the quality absolutely unacceptable. The shirts are incredibly thin — you can completely see through the white one. I was wearing a white bra underneath and you could still see everything. The black shirt was just as thin.
For this price, I expect thick, high-quality cotton, not Temu-level quality. The print looks great, but there is no way I can keep the shirts like this.

T shirts arrived, smaller than expected so not true to size. They had a glue residue on them and I have emailed multiple times to rectify with no responses.
The print seemed good quality and was colourful and clear. Just disappointing the customer service wasnt there to rectify the matter.

Im usually a size medium. I got an XXL for super over size and its more like a L woth a bit of room in it. Thats the unisex tshirt. Definitely come up smaller. T shirts are also quite thin.

Great service and swift shipping! Unfortunately I found the quality and fit to be unsatisfactory. The sweatshirt I ordered felt stiff, even though it’s supposed to be super-soft cotton, not at all stretchy, and not of the same quality as other sweatshirts in the same price range. I found the unisex fit to be strange on a woman as it was narrow with very long sleeves. I ordered a size 2XL as I wanted it oversized, and it was for sure more than long enough, but the sleeves were also very narrow with too much fabric on the upper sleeve, creating a body-builder silhouette. (And returning the item from Norway is no option as the shipping costs half of what I paid for the sweatshirt.)

I had to return an order. I found the returns details in the website & emailed Broken Society. Slavena replied very promptly with clear instructions. I needed to email again to change my replacement, nothing was too much trouble, & again I had a prompt reply from Slavena. Excellent customer service.
