I ordered a pair pants a size too big by accident. Dealing with the customer service to arrange a return and exchange, was a major.. inconvenience, to put it politely.
Their "free returns" policy is misleading, so in the end I had to pay for the shipping, almost half the price of what I originally paid for the pants.
They apologized and offered me a store credit to compensate that, aprox 65% of the original price, which seemed very ok. Then, at the last minute, they told me that the credit was only available if I DON'T return the pants and because I had already did they didn't gave it to me!
It must literally be the worst customer service experience I ever had in thr recent years.
The pants are ok I guess, but I don't think I'm not ordering from them ever again.

Trousers simply weren’t even close to the right size. I tend to wear a waist 32, ordered 34 to be on the safe side and I swear the ones I got could have been a 28.

After sending me a shirt that was faulty, the sizing was completely different to the stated size on the website. I have spent weeks fighting for a refund after returning the item that they CONFIRMED was faulty. Now they have sent a partial refund.
The company is based in China and takes aes for a reply or the goods to arrive .Do not buy from them

Ordered a pair of pants for my son. Came in and they were too small. Wanted to exchange for larger size. I have used their online chat and was told someone would e-mail me with instructions and label. Didn't happen. I have sent a several messages via email and chat with No response after 3 weeks. Tried calling only to find out it’s a fax number.
I will NEVER purchase from them again. Worst customer service since I can't exchange nor return the pants because they will not respond.

They were not sized properly and more importantly ignored by return request until I disputed the charge.

I followed their link for some kind of sale that offered 14% off any purchase. I placed an item in the cart and then tried four times without success to place the order. I cleared my cash and cookies. I restarted my device, went back to the site and it still didn't work. I then emailed them and also sent a Facebook message to which they responded but didn't offer any help. Today I went back to the site. The item was still in my cart and I tried to purchase and it went right to the shopping cart where I could check out. This all seems very suspicious and fishy to me. I contacted their customer support via chat on their website and the person Daniela or someone like that, was not very helpful. I'm done with Bronson.

Bronson MFG is practically the only brand I've worn since I discovered these clothes in 2018. Very good quality at unbeatable prices, super efficient and very friendly customer service. They always have interesting new products and are very specific about the accuracy of the reproductions they make. It's a world-renowned brand among connoisseurs, and rightly so. I have a lot of respect for other brands like BuzzR or R McC but the prices are often prohibitive and I have a particular affection for Bronson.

Zarówno asortyment jak i cały proces zakupu, są wzorowe. Mam wiele ich ubrań, 5 par spodni, koszule, koszulki. Cały czas czekam niecierpliwie na kolejne nowości i wznowienie sprzedaży rzeczy, których nie zdążyłem kupić.

Their products are of poor quality and the customer service is awful. I have bought three rugby shirts. Two of them were faulty. Don't expect them to help you in that situation. They don't care about their customers. I warn everybody about buying from this company.

Lovely service and great quality of the garment.

Nice well made, but the trouser waist is cut small. The 36 measures 34.5 the 38 is barely 37.

I found the quality of their t-shirts great. The fabric has a high quality and durable feel to it, without being overly heavy. They fit me very well (186 cm, 91 kg, athletic build, I got an L). I am very pleased by the product overall. Also the customer service was nice.

Bronson has intriguing clothing that seems well-made, but, like so many Asian clothing companies, the sizing is definitely NOT for average US bodies. I've ordered two items at two sizes larger than I normally wear, and both garments have shrunk so much I cannot wear them. I've wasted well over $100. Beware; you won't be able to wear Bronson!

Their customer service contacted me twice and we adjusted the sizes I had ordered (up of course ;-). The 2 t-shirts, 2 shirts and fatigue pants all arrived after 2 weeks and I am very happy with the quality and the sizing. The value for money is quite exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I've been spent so much time and money, trying to find quality of fabric and construction tshirts for my husband. Bronson Mfg Co. by and far makes THE BEST shirts I've seen in over 20 years. Material is a beautiful heavy weight cotton, seam and collar details are sturdy and well constructed, and the cut is simple, classic, and will never go out of style. Also it's worth mentioning that their customer service team reached out to confirm measurements to ensure a proper fit! We had to size up! Purchased tshirts and a pair of sweatpants and each item is so well made. My husband couldn't be happier! I even ordered some tees and sweatshirts for myself after this first order bc I loved it so much.

Worth the wait in shipping! Definitely a BIFL purchase. Highly, highly, recommended!!!
