Ordered, shipped in 2 months! Still never got my items! No help! BEWARE!

Both a denim pants. Information about size was wrong in their page. Declined to refund and take responsibility.

This business is a cog in a bigger wheel of dodgy businesses.
They're criminals and you will get ripped off.
They supply, ill fitting, shapeless chinese tat.
They don't offer refunds but will ask you to send the goods back to China whilst asking you to break the law through customs.
VERY DODGY, AVOID - just look at their reviews.

I wrote a review for Karaku when I was angry. Once I had time to communicate with the company and better understand the exchange process I was in a much better place. I returned the jeans tha were clownishly large for a smaller size, we’ll see what happens. I did like the quality and style of the jeans and am really hoping for a better fit. I don’t have to send them back to China which would have cost a lot. I had to send them to Ca. which is way more appealing. Customer service has been good despite my being angry right off the bat. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at this point. I felt the need to edit my post out of fairness to them.

I would rate it less than zero! The sizes are ridiculously inaccurate and return is a nightmare and costly! I have lost $16 on my purchase and had to pay for return shipping DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 3 sweaters, thankfully all were heavily discounted as the quality does NOT match the original asking price. I bought two motocat sweaters that are originally almost 100, but the quality of the sweater okay at best. The material is very thin for a sweater and I live in NorCal, yes its cold but its not freezing to the point where I have to double layer (its CA cold lol). If I wear this almost 100 dollar sweater, I shouldn't have to double layer just to feel warm in 60 degree weather.

Normally I don't care but I reviewed the sweater and gave it 3 stars because it at least got to my home rather quickly and the design is cute, but they still haven't uploaded my review and its been around a week.

I've noticed that most of their reviewed pieces are almost always 5 starts, only a couple are around 3-4 stars for a product. I would not recommend a company that is clearly skewing their reviews more positive. If I were anyone, if you order from this shop, do NOT order when there isn't a sale, and the jackets should not even be classified as jackets, just call them shirts lol.

2 stars because overall this is not a good business.
Here are my biggest issues:
1) Clothes aren't the best quality - a sweater I purchased was "frayed with the stitching" but they refused to exchange it and said "here's 20% off";
2) Returns scam - these companies will offer free shipping when you buy and spend more than x dollars BUT they won't let you exchange if the size doesn't fit. They'll tell you to keep it and buy a new one with a discount...so effectively you're spending more. Basically the antithesis of an ecommerce model.
Due to tarrifs and increased shipping costs, the cost to the customer almost doubles for sending an article of clothing back in hopes of exchanging for new size.
This company will not pick up your shipping costs.

So in short - not worth the hassle. Don't buy from here.

Only reason I give 2 stars because I have one peacoat I bought and it's quite nice with no issues. Otherwise, this would get zero.

I was aware that sizes could be smaller than listed so I ordered a larger size. unfortunately it was still too small.
But the issue is, when I tried to exchange the item for a larger size, the company has not replied to my email queries and seemingly ignored my concerns.
Very disappointing, I would have liked to order more items but now will avoid this company until this issue is resolved.

I ordered product, only part of it in stock some get cancelled. I get the product but its way to big (2 shoe sizes of) I like to exchange, not possible, so now the suggestion is to ask me to pay again but at a rebate to ship a smaller size.

Bought double red selvedge tapered jeans on the website. The reviews here gave me pause, but for the price, I figured it was worth a shot. Jeans showed up in Texas 12 days later. I am really happy with the purchase.

Discovered their store in Tokyo and bought a few things before I left. Loved them so much I ordered more online when I got home. The items arrived fast and as described. Some jeans I ordered were too small, so I requested an exchange for a bigger size. The shop agreed and sent me the new size no problem. Very happy with my purchases.

I feel like these other reviews must be of a different website. One review mentions a 'highland plushie' they bought. This is a retro clothes store. I don't think they sell those.

Shipped from China and return was to the US. So who knows where the business is actually located, but not unusual these days.

Do not use this company’s services if you are in Europe. Customer service does not respond, and when they finally do, it’s already too late. They ask you to lie about customs fees. All shipping costs are at your expense, and on top of that they take a percentage when issuing a refund. Avoid!!!”

Really unenjoyable experience. Never received anything. When I messaged them they said they had delivered to my shed (I don't have a shed) and then back and forth with them back and forth with the delivery company. No one will take responsibility and now I'm out of pocket with no shirt. No refund or anything just passed the buck. Really bad service I would avoid at all costs

Despite appearing like an American company, they are actually based in China and do not cover shipping costs back for exchanges. They also asked me to lie on my customs declaration to avoid import taxes, and charged a returns-processing fee (which is illegal under UK law). Avoid unless you're dead certain you can get what you want.

I ordered some a short sleeved shirt (nice, but maybe not at the price), two T-shirts (one much too small, one far too boxy, very expensive for a little embroidery on the sleeve), and some too-large but otherwise very nice cream jeans.

Terrible returns service. They make you send the product back to China which makes it impossible to return because the costs are so high. Very misleading, since they are selling from a EU / US website and are advertising the returns on their ads + website.
