It was easy, so from the initial intrest they got straight back to us, we had a telephone appoinment, then they came to look at the house, 14 panels, 2 batteries system, scaffolding went up the fitters came, they wanted to run a wire up the front of the house, I said not really, so they looked and found that it could run up the inside od the bedroom. Overall it was a great experience as a customer, i'm more than happy to give a 5* review, £5k cheaper than Octoplus a 6 panels and a battery more...

From beginning to end they were very professional and helpful in a questions we had. Installation was very efficient and everything explained to us. Very pleased.

This the 2nd fantastic install by Brookfields that I have had done.
The first was to our offices a couple of years ago, and I was so pleased that I didn't hesitate asking them when I wanted panels at home.
Extremely competitive price, wonderfully friendly team and completed with absolutely no fuss or bother.
The system has a very simple to understand app that tells you at all times what is going on.

Brookfield installed my solar panels in March 2023. The guy who came out to survey and discuss the proposal was down to earth with no flannel and gave me the information I needed in an easy to understand manner. I went ahead with the installation (18 panels) and have been very pleased with the results. We had our first health check a few months ago and all was working well. The ONLY problem I had was when my energy company came to install a new meter and the engineer (Not from Brookfield) put the feed clip from my solar on the wrong way. Brookfield advised me to change it , which I did and hey presto it was recording feed into the grid again ok! From my personal experience I would heartily recommend anyone to try them out (it cost nowt to ask) .A friend in our village has also used them on my recommendation and found them to be as good as I did...In short ..great service and communication without the flannel.

We chose Brookfield to install an AC Couple System in addition to our solar panels in order to store the generated electricity. Having had the system up and working for three weeks, we are extremely happy with its performance. The fitting by the Brookfield engineer was straightforward, Gav worked efficiently and his explanation of how the system worked was easily understood. An app is available for the system which is useful to monitor the system both home and away. Prior to the fitting, Katie was our contact person at the Brookfield office. Katie was excellent, helpful in her explanation of the most efficient system for our property. Any questions were answered, Katie was quick in responding to emails and always found the answer to our queries. In addition to the new system install, we have used Brookfield for many years to service and maintain our solar panel system.

Brookfield Renewal Energies are professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. I’ve just had an additional battery fitted to my system, my aim is clearly to take as little from the grid as possible. I did masses of research and Brookfield came out on top at every level. Good price, good quality and excellent advice from Karen and her team in the office. If you’re looking for solar then give Brookfield a call. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this very respectful and knowledgeable team at Brookfield.

I couldn't fault brookfield. I had 5 quotes, brookfield were the most competitive, but the reason i went with them was Ken. He was the most knowledgable rep i spoke to and was very responsive to my questions, providing advice that noone else had mentioned. He was really enthusiastic about solar and the company. The work itself was so easy. Scaffold arrived one day (they own their own scaffold rather subcontracting), installed the next day (finished by lunchtime), scaffold removed the following day. Couldn't have been easier. We had 14 panels and 3 batteries installed and have hardly paid anything for electricity since. Very happy, thanks brookfield.

Having had a number of solar quotes from other companies so glad I chose brookfield renewable. From the very first telephone contact they were professional, honest, and always willing to answer any questions. They always came on time from initial surveys through the whole process of scaffolding and installation.After a lifetime working in construction I can tell a chancer at 100yards these guys were excellent. Also contact with office very good. All this at a very competitive price. Go and get other quotes then call Brookfield to get the job done properly.

We looked at a number of different solar panel installers and eventually chose Brookfield Renewables, from the first initial visit to the scaffolding coming down we were kept informed of everything that was going on, once installed we had a couple of issues we were not sure if, being new to all of this was the main reason, Karen and Gavin took time out to explain everything we needed to know and even made contact with us at 9pm to ensure things where going to plan, all the issues are now sorted and again Gavin has been in contact to see if the system is running as planned, we have already had 3 neighbours asking about the solar panels and we will definitely recommend Brookfield Renewables to them, first class service all round, thanks to all of you

Where do you start, to find the right company after hours of researching solar panels and battery storage.

After getting 3 quotes to have a solar and battery storage system fitted, Brookfield Renewable Energies were a clear winner in my eyes.

From start to finish the whole team kept us fully informed from start to finish.

Let start with the quote, Ken came out to visit to give us the quote, he went through the options and gave us the opportunity to go for the system he believed would be excellent for our needs, Ken was so polite and never put pressure on any of the process or the quote.

After looking at the quote, I did more research, and emailed Ken to let him know that we had decided to go with a 14 panel and 3 battery system, within an hour on a Saturday he had replied with the total cost, I take my hat off to him for his dedication to Brookfield Renewable.

On the Monday, I called their office and spoke to Karen, who was a very pleasant lady, and asked if we could confirm that we wished to go ahead with the second quote they had supplied, Karen arranged the next step to have the home survey completed, in a good timely manner.

The survey went ahead the same week, the surveyor, was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all the questions that need to be asked, when you are making such a purchase, which definitely put my mind at ease, when the project is a big outlay, and the stress it may cause when you know the system has to be fitted onto the roof of your home, which myself, I wasn't quite sure how the roof tiles where going to be disturbed to fit the system, but after he explained the process, I was more at ease.

I was given the dates for the whole install process in one phone call, all the dates given were adhered to.

The scaffolders arrived on time to erect the scaffold, they were very professional, and kept us informed on all the aspects on how they were going to build the scaffold.

18/06/2024, today we had the system install, (I am unable to remember all the guys names), The team again turned up in a timely manner, the roof team who fitted the panels, were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing, a big thanks go out to them.

The electrician who attended, he was an excellent guy, he probably would of got on a lot quicker, if I wasn't asking him so many questions, but he carried on with his work and answered all the queries I had with the system, this guy needs a definite pat on the back, for his dedication to customer support.

Overall, If anyone is looking for a good reliable company to install a Solar system, Brookfield Renewable are 100% genuine and were the most pleasant company to deal with, with no hard sell.

Helpful and efficient job accomplished with no problems and additional gutter cleaningn voluntarily carried out.

The scaffolding men came on time and were very friendly. They were professional and explained everything they did. The solar fitter’s did a good job and the electrician was very helpful but I did have to get them back to complete the bird protection. When I called the company about the bird protection they stopped the scaffolding being removed until the work was completed. Would recommend.

From start to finish the team at Brookfield have been really helpful, friendly, and not the slightest bit pushy in trying to force a sale.
I was amazed at the speed of the whole process - from initial visit from an advisor, to the schedule of installation and system up and running was fantastic. The system is running brilliant and nice to have received follow up calls from the office checking everything ok.
Now if Northern Power could just do their bit so I can get on an export tariff even better!
