We sold our house through Brown and Brooke recently. Although it took some time Tony was always professional and went out of his way to help where possible. Highly recommended

We recently sold our property through Brown & Brooke, and I can't recommend them highly enough. As an independent, small company, they offered a level of personal service and commitment that truly stood out from the larger chains.

From start to finish, the team were professional, approachable, and clearly invested in helping us achieve a successful sale. What really set them apart was their dedication in ensuring everything completed in time for the recent Stamp Duty deadline. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes—chasing solicitors, keeping communication flowing, and providing regular updates—to make sure everything stayed on track.

We had a short lease flat to sell for an elderly relative who had moved into a care home. The sale proved to be extremely challenging but throughout the process Tony and the team at Brown and Brooke were proactive and dogged in their determination to sell the flat. They have always been approachable, professional, engaged and extremely helpful. They also managed to keep their sense of humour! We would definitely use them again.

Cameron Muncie is the best estate agent I have ever had. He is extremely responsive and organised, and goes out of his way to help both tenants and landlords. I could not recommend him, or Brown and Brooke, more.

Whilst having a truly stressful time selling my house in SE London, (primarily due to having appointed the wrong conveyancer) Tony & Cameron were on hand to be a steadying influence. Tony went way beyond what one would ordinarily expect. I felt that he tailored his approach to suit me as his communication was totally natural and friendly, and he was pretty much on hand whenever I reached out regardless of the time of day. His local knowledge is exemplary and therefore his advise felt completely trustworthy. What's more, having met the family buying my house, I know that they felt completely the same way.

Over the past 15 years, as a househunter buying and selling property in South East London and as a landlady letting out my flat, I have always been most impressed by Brown and Brooke. The staff are friendly and efficient, great problem-solvers and good at communicating. They have great local knowledge and years of experience. All the tradespeople and contractors they recommend are equally brilliant. For example, they recently organised the re-decoration of my apartment and the results are very pleasing. During the difficult period of the COVID-19 lockdown they were especially good at keeping everyone onside and helping me to resolve issues with tenant behaviour and rent arrears.
