Ordered the Electric Blue Basket Hound on Sunday 8th December and it arrived today the 11th such quick delivery.
As for the basket hound omg it is absolutely gorgeous so quirky and different😍

I have been trying to find a certain gold ornament for weeks and stumbled across Brown&Ginger. I finally found the perfect ornament and It was exactly how it was shown on the photos. Simply great. I asked by e-mail whether they also send the goods to Germany. I received a positive reply within a day or two. Everything was taken care of for me, the paperwork for customs, transport etc. Invoice arrived by email. The goods were sent to me in Germany within 1.5 weeks. Without any problems. Perfectly packed. The handling was very polite. If I need something again - any time.

Recently purchased a great cabinet from Brown & Ginger, it was promptly delivered by a very helpful delivery person, and I could not be happier with my experience.

What a great independent business! We bought a few different things in one order, loved them all but the photo frames were a slightly different colour to what we were expecting. We contacted Josephine, the owner, asking if we could exchange them and she couldn't have been more helpful! Fast replies, couldn't do enough for us to get it sorted and we are delighted with the replacements we received!
