The whole experience with Livhome Aintree has been excellent, the staff in-store were extremely helpful, thanks for the coffee and biscuits whilst after answering all our questions we were then left to talk amongst ourselves to make our decisions, with absolutely no pressure from sales staff.
Delivery was within the advised build time and Paul & John were our delivery guys, bringing the chairs in, assembling & testing them, then giving us full instructions about all the features of the chairs.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

Our sofa arrived today - expertly handled and in installed place thanks to the delivery team - PAUL D & JON (21/7/26). Some concerns at first about whether the piece/s would fit but they found a way. Very slick and professional and really nice guys. Thanks also to RICH at the Aintree Store who handled our order - all in all we are very happy! Now to argue over the recliners!

Anne-Marie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect sofa. We were offered refreshments as soon as we walked in and were left to browse and encouraged to take our shoes off and put our feet up to get the full experience.
Great experience from Liv Home can’t wait to snuggle up on our new sofa. Would highly recommend.

The quality of the goods is as expected, no surprise there. I have already reviewed the sales process so this is about the delivery.
Delivery was within the timescale specified at point of sale and completed by Paul D and Jon. Called before arrival and set about their task. Completed as requested with minimum fuss, obstacles overcame and furniture placed where asked. All done within 30 mins and all packaging removed. Excellent service

Bradley really went out of his way to be personable and accommodated our vision for our living room. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture on sale, including fabrics and I appreciated how he talked highly about working for LIVHOME, how is he appreciated and looked after as an employee, which makes all the difference as someone who is aware of the traditional ‘hard sell’ of a furniture company. We went home with a gorgeous couch ordered. Brilliant.

Bradley was amazing, very patient in waiting for us to make our mind up. Nothing was too much hassle. Very honest and down to earth guy who made furniture shopping easy and enjoyable.

Upon recommendation from various people we paid a visit to LivHome. We were greeted by Richard who took the time to listen to our needs regarding a health issue.
When talking with Richard we felt relaxed and listened to and not pushing us in the wrong direction, at this point we chose the bed to suit us. We were also looking for a new dining table and chairs of which we found the perfect one for our dining area. So very pleased we didn't have to go hunting all day. We felt the furniture at Livhome was very tasteful and the service was outstanding so can't recommend them enough.

I have to say we have been looking for a new sofas for a few months.
I popped into Livhome when I was shopping in the retail park. I had not heard of this brand before.
I was first assisted by John who was very helpful and provided me with measurement’s of the sofas that I fell in love with.
I have to say the quality is much higher than there competitors, designs that stand out .
I took photos and showed my husband and then we came back to store to look at it together.
We were looked after by Brad who was also provided exceptional customer care and knowledge of the product.
Explained everything in detail with out being pushy. We took the measurements home to check on size as it was going to be a tight fit on the 2 seater.
We returned today thinking the 2 seater would not fit, but Brad came up with a solution of the cuddle chair, which will fit perfectly.
I have to say all the staff in store are amazing and friendly. You can clearly see they are an amazing team and help each other and love their job.
Finally I have to give the toilets a mention, I have never seen such beautifully designed clean public toilets, I would have that in my own house. 😂

Great experience here at LIVHOME in aintree yesterday.
We visited aintree retail park looking for a new sofa, bed and dining table for our home. After visiting LIVHOME and trying out various sofa's and speaking with Richard who's advice was so beneficial in making a decision, we chose the sofa that was right for us and by this time it was late and passed closing time however Richard was happy to stay which for me shows real customer service and dedication to the business. Richard was at no point pushy he was there for us to help us make the right decision given my wife has had an operation on her back so it was imperative we chose the right sofa and if it wasn't for Richards crucial advice we would have chosen the wrong one. Thanks to he experience we felt comfortable it our decision and will be going back today to look at the beds and dining tables. Thanks again Richard for your time and patience.
