Quick and easy service. Very nice gold hoops.

This is a family run company and as such you can feel it is when you speak to customer services . It is a small close knit team who really do go above and beyond to assist you . The lady very kindly stayed on the phone and helped me put my order through online and even did my request of sending me a photo and video that they did for me of my purchase because I was having it gift wrapped by them so wouldn’t see it when it arrived . This wouldn’t have happend with a big company . Was also a very speedy service , I received my purchase the very next day after ordering it . They couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and I will definitely use them again for future purchases in the future and would recommend them to anyone . Overall they have some beautiful items of differnt kinds of jewellery at very reasonable prices .

I recently contacted the Crossgates branch regarding a gift for our daughter’s 30th Birthday.
I’d seen the item online & when I asked if they had it in stock, they said no, but they would arrange to have one sent from their Head Office so we could have a look.
Mel, the lady who dealt with my enquiry was so friendly & couldn’t have been more helpful.
The item arrived , we went to have a look at it & it was perfect.
Again, the staff at the shop couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful.

They are the best pair of hoop earrings I’ve ever worn. So smooth and easy to put in ear lobe and I know they are securely in place.

Very happy with my yellow gold and lab grown diamond bracelet, I chose the larger carat size and it’s beautiful. Delicate gold chain with very effective good size stones spaced around which sparkle. It is excellent value for money. The only negatives I have is I find the spring clasp a little hard to attach on to the closing ring, and I was unable to remove the additional shipping insurance charge from my order, which I didn’t want as happy with the cover provided by my Royal Mail delivery cost. But this wouldn’t affect my buying again.
The delivery was incredibly fast, I ordered the bracelet in the afternoon and it arrived the following day.
This is my second purchase from Browns Family Jewellers and I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a lovely gold bangle with a diamond loop closure which looks fabulous, but thx loop keeps coming undone. Luckily the bangle stays on your wrist, still annoying though
