I cannot recommend Browns Family Jewellers enough. I unfortunately had to return my order which Royal Mail took their sweet time getting back to Browns. The communication from Razia was exceptional, she kept me up to date and let me know as soon as the package arrived and I was refunded immediately.

Just purchased the Emerald Cut Lab diamond ring from this Wonderfull jewellers! It's an absolutely stunning ring! It had to go up a few sizes which they did the same day and posted out the same day. Thats exellent service in my book. The ring was a treat for myself, yes men can wear diamond rings it is 2026 after all. The resizing is flawless and the band is thick and solid, the stone settings are of good quality also. Overall, this is a really solid good quality piece of jewellery and I am absolutely delighted with it. I'll certainly return to this jewellers again albeit online. Lastly, the ring was posted Royal Mail Special delivery and arrived before 10:30. Thank you all so much! Ieuan. :)

Fabulous experience! We bought a beautiful eternity ring at the airport in Johannesburg. Nikki made this purchase very special for us both which we had not expected. Not usually one to write reviews, but I had to say how amazing browns were. I ordered a ring for my partner for Christmas (got the wrong size, shock!) Razia was incredibly helpful, I shipped it back and they resized and returned the ring. Impeccable customer service
