Brush salon was great! I ordered hair oil which works amazing they even left some samples of shampoo and conditioner in the box which was the kind I wanted to try out so that was great and everything came so fast!

I popped in to Brush for a consult for future extension options, and potentially changing my hair a bit! I have been going to the salon for years and really respect the knowledge and experience the team has to offer. I have seen many stylists over the years (due to them being on holidays, maternity leave or away teaching educational sessions) and have NEVER had a bad experience! I always leave feeling fabulous!

Good selection of products and deals. I like that I earn points that I have been able to redeem towards purchases. Shipping is as a bit slow but I’m in the east coast of Canada so it’s understandable :)

I ordered a hair product and paid for an expedited parcel of 1-day shipping, but the product ended up arriving around 12 days later which is a bit ridiculous

I order hair product from Brush and the orders are always so carefully and thoughtfully packed. They also ship relatively quickly considering I tend to order during peak-sales times (boxing day), and use a prompt, trackable courier.
The product and tool availability is fantastic (I have very processed, very long blonde hair) and competitively priced, so I no longer shop around.

Ordered items that were in stock. Couple of weeks went by without the order shipping or any communication from brush. Had to call and email multiple times, ended up talking to different people until I finally spoke to someone able to help resolve the issue who explained the items went out of stock after I placed my order. Buying from another store would have been quicker and required less effort on my part to figure out what was holding up my order.

Online order is always perfect along with a few sample which is a very nice touch. Fast service and product arrived within a couple days. Thank you ❤️

Great service. I bought an Oribe product online and picked it up from their store in Gastown. The process was very easy and the receptionist was very helpful.
