Fast shipping and never made a mistake on my order !

Website is easy to navigate through Lots of products To choose from. They have a great reward program. Shipping is relatively fast.

I paid for priority shipping ($23 on one item), which is presented as arriving in one business day. I ordered on a Sunday and received it on Thursday. The item wasn’t shipped until Tuesday evening- after the cutoff time- so the shipping alone was two days, on top of the two days to prepare for shipping. I guess I made the mistake of thinking they would prioritize sending the package out, as well, when someone upgrades the shipping to the fastest means. I do not believe express would have been any difference in arrival time. The shipping distance was Vancouver to Kelowna.
