This was my first experience where an altercation on the road was wrongfully pursued as a criminal charge. The charge was ABH which was false and, although heated, it was a verbal altercation between myself and a cyclist. BSB solicitors supported me and provided me with the guidance I needed to avoid prosecution. Due to lack of evidence, as identified by BSB solicitor, the CPS wanted me to accept a lesser charge, just to achieve some conviction. My solicitor represented me and declined this as he advised me, due to timescales, they could not continue to pursue this lesser charge unless I pleaded guilty. This was followed up by a letter that the CPS would discontinue as they didn’t think a prosecution was likely due to lack of evidence. This case was hanging over me for a year and had affected every aspect of my life. Through their compassion genuine care, support and guidance I was able to get my life back. I can’t thank and recommend my solicitors at BSB enough and will forever be grateful to them, in particular Victoria and James.

I can't stress how lucky I was by coming across great reviews about Victoria Duffy at BSB Solicitors when facing a very difficult case with TFL for misusing a freedom pass. I instantly felt I would have been in the best hands I could have ever been if I contacted her, and I was right.
