My experience with Clifton Ingram has been fantastic, my move was hard work due to issues with what I was trying to purchase, but through it all Caroline communicated regularly and clearly, responded quickly to emails, and chased the seller's solicitor more often than I chased her! She was just wonderful.

We had a really positive experience with Clifton Ingram Solicitors when buying our first home. Jo Cockram is the best solicitor! As first-time buyers, my sister and I had lots of questions, and everything was explained clearly without ever feeling rushed. Communication was great throughout and we always knew where things stood. I recently worked with Matthew Bell on a Promotion Agreement in South Bucks after he was recommended to me through industry contacts.
I would say Matthew has been the best solicitor I have worked with in my experience at SMEs and very good value compared to tier 1 city firms I'm used to from the plc world meaning he will be one of my top go to solicitors. Matthew took the lead on drafting the agreement and his advice was extremely commercial and efficient throughout. He was a good advocate when dealing with the other side’s solicitors, had an excellent grasp of all relevant legal principles as well as their practical impacts and was always focused on the really key points. One of the most important things is that he was always available on the phone to provide an update or talk through any points and he was always professional and friendly to deal with. Obviously, you don’t get the overnight turnaround times on drafting you will get from a city firm but his review of the other side’s comments was always done in very good time.
Needless to say, with Matthew’s help we managed to enter an agreement that both sides were happy with! I would definitely recommend Matthew and hope to work with him again in the near future.

Having previously used Clifton Ingram on another conveyancing matter, I didn't hesitate to go back to them as the previous experience was positive.
We were lucky enough to be partnered with Jennifer. From the start, communications were clear and appropriately focused. Jennifer was able to explain the stages of the process to us so that everything made sense. Any lack of understanding from ourselves was nullified by Jennifer with a sense of humour and a balanced explanation.
The full service was completed swiftly and comprehensively and we have been able to move into our new home with no stress. Thanks to Jennifer, Kinga and all other colleagues. We will happily use Clifton Ingram again.
