I really like the cards and the presentation. It just took a little longer than I expected to arrive and there was no timescale provided on delivery when I ordered them.

I had a good experience buying from the EU … you do have to pay now custom fees, VAT and postal fees too, but at least they have some games I couldn’t find anywhere else. They did make a small mistake with the delivery but were very prompt to fix it. Mistakes happen, buts it’s good to know some companies own their mistakes and fix them. Happy to buy from them again 🙂

I live in the US and I bought a puzzle that I wanted to frame for wall decor. When finished I noticed I wad missing a piece, I contacted customer service and Harry made all the effort to get me that piece so I could frame my puzzle. I'm very grateful for that level of customer service, it really made ny day!

Super fast delivery great product and love how it’s just a small business

I like this product, I was gifted it a few years ago and it works well for my bigger plants despite them drinking it all up in a few days! But the one problem I’ve found after owning this product for a while, is the growth of black mold in the upper corners of the life support pack itself. I’ve tried cleaning it a few times so unsure if it’s safe to use anymore or not. RIP life support :,)

Bonjour, j’ai payé 9€ un article sur votre site, à ça j’ai eu 11€ de frais de port, londres-Paris donc déjà 11€ C’est cher pour 1h de vol bref quand le colis est arrivé j’ai du payer 12€ de frais de douane, donc un article à 9€ ma en vérité coûte 32€ c’est le triple, je ne commanderais plus chez vous en sachant que je reçois des colis de Chine et que je paye 0€ de frais de port et 0€ de frais de douane alors que les colis font 10h de vol c’est de l’arnaque votre site, et si je n’avais pas payé ma douane j’aurais perdu 20€ bref bonne continuation et adios
