Above every expectations
I ordered a little item a week ago. The order was shipped very fast, but the item got lost somewhere between UK and Italy, according to the tracking. I asked more info about the shipment status, the support reached immediately and they sent again another item so I can receive it before Christmas. Just love! Thank you so much! I think a lot of big e-commerce out there can learn a lot from your methods.
