Bought a pendant necklace from the…

Bought a pendant necklace from the Carat collection for my sister's birthday present and couldn't be happier.
It's so dainty and really good quality.
It arrived really quickly in gorge packaging.
Will defo be buying from them again, they had so many nice pieces to choose from.

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered an item on 10th February 24 Paid £5.99 for 1-2 days express delivery - still waiting on 14th February. No response from their online contact form - Absolute disgrace

Purchased a bracelet at Pula Airport…

Purchased a bracelet at Pula Airport Croatia and on returning home found a fault. Tried to ring only to find number on website unattainable and email sent was totally ignored. A company devoid of customer service steer well clear. They take your money then appear to have no process to engage with customers. Can see why their reviews are so poor . Wish I had seen them before giving them my hard earned money.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I never received my item and have sent five emails!!! They never answer you, I tried ringing, but phone number out of service. They have my money and have left me high and dry. Disgusting behaviour, shouldn’t be allowed to trade

I will never buy anything for m this…

I will never buy anything for m this company again.

If I could give 0 star I would because of the unimpressive customer service I have experienced so far.

I ordered a necklace which came faulty so I completed the retailer's return form and tucked the exchange box.

I returned the order using the FREEPOST provided on 19th Jan. However, to-date I have received no update.

The 2 emails, messages via Facebook, Twitter and Messenger went unanswered and with out acknowledgement m

The calls to 01132305292 are not going through.

I would like to be contacted ASAP with a resolution!!!

Awful customer service truth it doesn't…

Awful customer service truth it doesn't exist.
There is no rhodium coating on rings don't know what it is but comes off in month. So you can now throw away it because they dont respond to return emails. Never again use this company.

Bracelet arrived broken

Bracelet arrived broken.
Returned via Post Office as requested, and obtained receipt posting.
Wrote 3 times regarding bracelet, eventually Kate replied saying it would be resolved that day (4th June 2021)
Unfortunately still no bracelet or refund.
Do Not buy from this company

Buckley London is a great company

Buckley London is a great company. I've ordered many products and never an issue that couldn't be resolved. Yes, the Customer Service can be a little slow however I put this down to the current Covid-19 situation, however please be assured you will recieve a reply.

The products sold are beautiful, stylish, high quality and packaged in lovely boxes. Please don't listen to any negative reviews for this company.....I'm very particular and only review companies and businesses that offer a second to none service.

not received order and no customer service

i placed two orders with this company. Received the first one in time so thought of ordering again they say that we should receive the order by royal mail in 3-5 working days and that we will receive a tracking number (which obviously i haven't received for this neither for the first order i placed )placed the order on 12dec which i understand was a weekend so waited the whole week expecting to receive in time for christmas but obviously not received until today 18 dec . As per the previous comments i have tried to contact them via there contact us page giving them all the details needed even tried to contact them via there phone no on the website but no response. Looks like they like taking the money on the spot but don't bother posting the item on time. Big mistake as i was getting there own item from argos which is near to my house but due to covid i avoided it but now i think should have taken the risk. Rant over

Although I had a long wait due to original order being lost in post over Christmas period, I was contacted by Kate at Buckley who arranged for replacement to be sent to me first class tracked delivery and also reimbursed me my original postal charges. No Customer Service - Items not Arrived - No refund.....

If I could give a 0 for customer service I would have. I ordered some items on 20 November which have not arrived. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact customer services using email /telephone and their on-line "contact us" service. I have received no response to any of my reach outs. They took the money from my account 3 days after the order and now I am the one out of pocket and receiving no response.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THEM

This is not a quality jewellery brand

This is not a quality jewellery brand. You can go to any high street shop (Topshop/H&M) for the same 'quality' and save a bit of money. I ordered a pair of hoops from Buckley and when they arrived they felt cheap (light) and the butterfly backs are too loose for the earrings so throughout the day they slip off and therefore make the earrings unusable unless you are happy to spend the day fiddling with your earrings or risk loosing them. I have been trying to get in contact with Buckley's customer service team (via their website and social media) for approx 6 weeks now with no reply. Therefore, I would not recommend them to a friend.

What fantastic customer service !!

What fantastic customer service !!! After purchasing a set that had a faulty earing back from the airport I was really upset when I lost one of the earings . I emailed Buckley not expecting much of a response , however they replied and promptly sent a replacement product.I am highly delighted with my replacement . Extremely professional and fast response .It is nice to know that there still companies out there like this that are genuine and prioritise their customers . Love the jewellery. Thankyou .

Terrible quality product

Terrible quality product, I purchased a ring for my girlfriend, some months later the outer layer has come off and has essentially lost all of its shine. I contacted their customer service and was ignored once I provided evidence. In all fairness to them, they do describe this stuff as 'costume jewellery' which kind of sums up what it is, junk. I would not recommend.

Purchased two rings in the Airport…

Purchased two rings in the Airport Returning to the States from Aruba. Had the rings less than two weeks when washing hands in public restrooms the rings tarnishes to the point its no longer in wearable condition. I contacted Buckley Customer service and was basically blown off. I will never ever purchase this brand again in life and will discourage anyone I know who is interested in purchasing these items.

I love Buckley London jewellery. I've got so many pieces and love to give them as gifts (the 3 for 2 bracelets are a great deal if you have friends and family to buy for!) Great quality, great value!
