Great service, the blinds were exactly as expected and the fitters were very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend this company. Only 5 days between measuring and fitting and very good value for money

I had a great experience - especially installation. It only took about 10 minutes. I do wish there more fabrics to choose from, and that they'd give an update along the way. Prices are steep, bit the product is great. Everyone was knowledgeable.

So I was reluctant to write this review. So I purchased a 10k set back in 2022. They were purchased by someone else, and they came out back in July to honor the warranty. I was willing to pay to get it fixed, they came out and tried to fix it. I spoke to the owner and he told me that he reached out to the company and they were going to send him the charger. Nope. Its been now 7 months, I think Ive waited long enough to write this review.

Funny thing is they were quick to give me quote to get new blinds on some of the windows I didnt do before. Once I turned it down because the price was a bit too high, I havent heard from them. I have so many emails back and forth with this company. I get not wanting to warrant the lifetime warranty because you purchase the company, but I cant open or close the blinds because they never followed back up. 7 months....could you imagine if i purchase the blinds they quoted me 7 months ago.

If I could give infinite stars I would. IMO Tracey's knowledge is the best in the business. Just an FYI we did get 2 other quotes as well, so glad we didn't go with the others. We ordered the blinds for our custom home and some were big a** blinds. The first time around they didn't work out they rippled really bad in the living room and kitchen so they got new blinds ordered and installed and the second set were still rippling in the living room and still didn't look good, so they were reordered for a third time but we decided to try a different material and they worked out just perfect. I love their business model of making things right and going out of their way to do it. I would highly recommend them if you are on the fence, do it, so totally worth it, you can't go wrong! Excellent love my blinds

Ordered 3 new blinds from Budget Blinds ( Kilmarnock branch). Fitting booked for 19/11/24. When the fitter came (company owner) he immediately noticed a problem with the door blind….door wouldn’t open wide enough. He ordered a new one on the spot and was back with a new one within 4 hours. Fantastic service and blinds look great. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds.

I was very impressed with this company. They measured all my windows, let me choose from a good variety of colours then quoted me a very reasonable price. Within a couple of weeks they returned to fit them exactly when they said they would and the blinds were fitted quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend Budget Blinds them and I would use them again

I purchased faux wooden blinds for my house in 2017/2018. Unfortunately, the sun fried the blinds on my south-facing windows. I ended up getting my windows tinted. I was able to have the fried blinds replaced for no cost under the lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service! I will use Budget Blinds again in the future.

Turned up and just complained about windows not being square,left after measuring up saying will ring later in day with quote and and haven't been back in touch. Absolutely pathetic if they didn't want the job should just said when measuring instead of been left waiting.

Wrong blinds ordered due to reps misunderstanding. Replacement immediate, higher quality, no quibble, no difficulty. Customer service of the highest quality. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Their salesperson wears revealing clothes and made me and my husband uncomfortable. The Lady doesn’t have to show up with his breasts showing for a sale. Its cheap

They are like a Virus... relentless emails. Blocking them, they just us a different email.

The representative was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. My order came in early and the installer had the shutters up in less tan an hour. I highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Emailed to get someone to measure and quote for our full house to have new blinds. This was done promptly and within 2 weeks I received my blinds and got them fitted at the same time. This is the second time I have used budget blinds and I love how thorough they are. Very happy.

I first used Budget Blinds in 2018. When I was finally ready for additional window treatment upgrades in 2024, I called Budget Blinds. They remembered me and willingly came to the rescue. Great customer service from the initial contact all the way through installation. Highly recommended.

Budget blinds that will never be on time. They lure you in with a short manufacturing and delivery time, then constantly delay and say they have zero control over the manufacturer... We ordered late May and its now late July and they are telling us it won't be until August (now the 3rd delay, all of which we have had to call to be informed off). We had to keep calling and hounding them with the same answer each time. They were supposed to be installed late June.... worst experiece and customer service I have encountered.

Do yourself a favor and go with someone else
