Such an easy experience, from booking our measurement appointment online to then James coming out measuring and showing me samples and me choosing what I wanted. It was then a straight forward process to get them booked in ans paying and the fitting was so quick also and no mess or anything left. We absolutely love our blinds. We got 5x wooden blinds in scandi oak and 3x white blackout roller blinds.

Was a large office job and although a few windows were missed or wrong size, Shades rectified very quickly which is really appreciated. Would recommend- thanks to all at Shades 👏👏👏

The controls of most of the blinds were not set at same length so the blinds pulled up uneven, because all the strings were not tied in a know so came right out the little enclosure, I know it’s a bit silly but it’s pretty awkward to get them all same.
Also the the wee enclosure for the strings were not put on properly.

The blinds were what we ordered but the main blind at the balcony is almost 2inc of the floor and the other one is almost an inch short. I hope this can get sorted as I was going to phone you thanks, will wait for your response

From beginning to end this was a pleasant experience. Rep who came to see us was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Product was of excellent quality, and work was carried out within the week. Definitely will choose Shades Blinds again!!!

Did not get email receipt for deposit. Took 2 weeks to get it after numerous phone calls to them. Also did not turn up on due date, not even a phone call to let my 82 year old mother they couldn't make it. A week later than planned it was fitted. Never using them again and definitely would not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

I needed two blackout blinds for the bedroom my grandchildren will use.
Blinds, picked,measured and fitted within a week.
Kept informed regarding delivery and fitting.
No complaints and would recommend.

Shutters were supplied and fitted as advised, good price and fitter was great and made sure everything up to spec

We are delighted with our blinds and with the service from the company. From the initial visit, when our options were explained and measuring done, to the follow up for fitting which happened within a week the experience couldn't have been better. We were amazed at the low price too, especially as we ordered five blinds! We would certainly use this company again.
