Item did not arrive contacted them and they reported they have dispatched another one and still not arrived

Excellent service!!

The order form where delivery addresses are supplied should have a post code finder for accuracy. The existing system is hit and miss. Three weeks on since payment was taken I still haven’t had the goods and at 3rd time of asking the parcel is still to be handed on to DPD so completely unsatisfactory in this case.

Be careful ordering from thie company because they advertise a pack of 20 but instead you get one !!!!!!!!
Complained and was told that only business can order a bulk package and so they just send you one, no cheaper mind still the £10 for the pack.
Yes I can send back for a refund but have to pay for the postage so still out of pocket.
Will order from a reputable company in future with no hidden excuses.

Quick efficient service from start to finish , only waited a couple of days for delivery of my fabulous lights , just what I wanted for my chandelier.

I order 3 lightbulbsfrom Budgetlight and mistakenly order 8W - together in one room it's very bright. I asked BL for a refund and they readily agreed. I then realised - duh - that I was planning to put a dimmer switch in so it didn't matter. Bl cheerfully cancelled the return. Original dispatch and delivery was swift and all dealings with them were courteous and efficient. 10/10 Budgetlight! A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Hi arrived nice and quickly and each tube came with the appropriate starter which I didn’t realise was different so that was positive

It was easy to find the item we needed. We ordered what we wanted and paid for it and the goods were delivered two days later. Very good service for item we had been unable to source elsewhere.

Well to start off, the price was a big factor, the ones I ordered were more than half the price else where.
They came well packed and seem to work just as good as more expensive bulbs.
Will they last as long?
