Warning to other players about BuffBets.

I have been waiting since April 15 for my withdrawal while constantly being told the case was “under review.” On April 28, I was informed that I would receive an official response within 1–3 business days, but that deadline passed without a proper resolution.

After weeks of delays and waiting, BuffBets suddenly closed my account and accused me of “bonus abuse” and “fraudulent activity,” while confiscating approximately €4,160 from my balance.

Fortunately, I made screenshots of everything during the entire process, including my balance, pending withdrawal, emails, and communication with support. The funds in question were generated through normal deposits and regular gameplay.

The case has now been escalated to Casino Guru for further investigation.

I also asked them for proof where i made the bonus abuse with 0 replies on that. I showed them everything that i CLEARLY won the money with normal real balance!

Based on my experience, I strongly advise other players to be cautious.

Dont play!!! Not normal what a big scam!! Be warned. The casino is playing iligal in NL. they only want to take youre money. Dont give them nothing! When you win they will not payout and goes far to get his right in it with no reason. Please everyone but the most NL people, dont play. And when you played call youre legal expenses insurance, the casino is iligal in NL and you will get youre funds back.
