Just to let everyone know the buggease team are so focused on customer care I think ist unparalleled, they are polite knowledgeable and will always got that extra mile , having been a customer for many years now I consider them good friends, for golf buggy requirements they are the boys to call.

Matt brought a buggy to my house (West Mids), explained everything and then let me test drive it. I loved it! I had arranged to see another buggy that day so didn't want to commit to a purchase straight away. Matt allowed me to keep the buggy and for me to return it if I chose another one. I chose Bugg-Ease and I'm so glad that I did. Everything about this company is first class and the 'At home' warranty is fantastic. I have used the buggy 5 times so far and it's great. If anyone out there is looking to buy a buggy just go straight to Bugg-Ease. You won't regret it and the price is fab too. Well done Bugg-Ease!

If you take the trouble to read through the reviews for Bugg-ease, you will be really impressed, no there isn’t a bad one… and there shouldn't be! Bugg-ease may be a small company but they sell a first class product and provide a superb service. When I first contacted Jon enquiring about purchasing a buggy, he was so helpful and so confident of his product. I live over 200 miles away from Bradford so visiting the showroom to view and test the Buggy was not an option, but Jon asked me what specification I was interested in and he arranged to send one down for me to try without obligation ‘try it for a couple of rounds’ he said ‘if you like it, you can pay me… if not, I will come and pick it up’ You can’t get fairer than that and of course I ended up buying it.

In the 10 months I have owned it, I have had a couple of issues with the Buggy, one of them was my own fault. However Jon soon arranged pick up, repair and return within 7/10 days…. brilliant service! I cannot recommend this company, the Buggy itself and the service which Jon and Matt provide more highly.

Use my new buggy, but I can only say the professionalism of Matt And Jon is amazing- from the enquiry to the delivery the service has been fantastic. If you like me need a buggy to enjoy your favourite pastime, then look look no further than Bugg-Ease. If you don’t have a spot at the golf club, then a standard garage is perfect as who gets a car in these days anyway-the buggy fits in a standard hatchback with ease and is so quick to load/unload- so impressed. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought one of the single golf buggies because I can’t walk round a golf course anymore and it is perfect. The company is a small company but extremely well run. It turned up when they said it was gonna turn up and I’m extremely happy with everything about it, I would definitely recommend them. You can buy cheaper but you won’t get better.

Decided to change my single seater golf buggy and traded in my old buggy for a reconditioned one from this company, 1st buggy supplied I had problems in the battery would not charge, the company sent replacement part - still had problems and on 2 occasions the buggy packed up on the golf course.
Contacted both Jon & Matt and they decided to replace the complete buggy and battery at no extra cost. 5 star service and very good product - there is a policy of no problem is too great - would recommend both the product and after sales service

Purchased a four wheel golf buggy approx 1month back from Bugg ease, was delivered in two days, great price, extremely competitive cost. Was easy to dismantle and place in the back of my Hyundia , taking no seating area away. Have used regularly since purchased and it has proved to be substantialy built,easy to use and most of all,reliable. So dont be fooled by the cheaper versions on the market, like i was previously, because this Buggy is not only available at a good competitive cost, but reliable and worth every hard earnt penny

Drove from Hertfordshire to Bradford to purchase a refurbished buggy. Well worth the trip and received excellent service and a great deal from Matt. If you need a buggy, Bugg-Ease is the company to use.

I share a Bugg-ease Buggy with a friend and needed a replacement part for the steering, contacted the company and received the part really fast and fitted within 24Hrs thanks for the superb service.

Great product, supported by good service. It's allowing me to play eighteen holes of golf without pain for the first time in ages. Well worth the money.

Excellent. Best buggy I've had so far. Been using it for a few months and I can't fault it. Handles severe slopes with ease and stability. You get all the extras included in the price. Service and delivery were excellent.

My course has one or two very steep hills and because of some breathing difficulties I need a buggy to get around eighteen holes, in fact I need it for nine holes as the climb from the ninth green to the car park is even steeper. I rang Bugg-Ease and spoke to Matt who as it happened was about to make a trip up to Scotland and return home more or less past my door. We arranged a meet at my club and I was sent off in the new buggy to "Give it a go" So I gave it a go and went up some very steep tracks which would not even be visited on foot normally and the buggy sailed up them, I was very impressed with the power of the machine.
Any problems or faults? just a couple of niggles which I will be able to get over. The Captains chair has armrests which along with the fixed brolly holder make it too difficult to fit in the car along with the buggy, maybe the standard car friendly seat would have been better. I can sort that though I don't need armrests and I don't play in the rain. Talking of rain, the other niggle is, where does the water drain from the footwell? I can't see any drain holes, must ask Matt about that. All said and done, it's a brilliant bit of kit, and, as it's a class2 single seat mobility buggy, I can ride it on the pavement from my home to the golf course, great.

I purchased my buggy "Ruby"in May of this year and it has turned out to be the best purchase I've ever made. The comments from fellow members are that "Jen has a new lease of life". To be able to participate in all competitions has been a plus. Previously I was limited to 9 hole medals and even those were becoming a problem because of my limited mobility. The after service from Matt and Jon has been fantastic. No query has gone unresolved. I'm already looking forward to next year. I'm not a great winter golfer but the fact that I've had a win and three seonds is testament to the confidence that the buggy has given me. So easy to manoeuvre on the course and even the green keepers are complimentary. Thank you once again.

GREAT BUGGY AND SERVICE
I recently purchased a new buggy from Bugg-Ease. It was delivered on time as requested. Assembly only took a few minutes. It came complete with all necessary paperwork and instructions.
I have not used the buggy yet, but all looks well, if in doubt phone Matt or Jon they will explain all aspects of their buggy I recommend this company, Look no further for a buggy, this is the one to buy.

I ordered a Bugg ease buggy asked if I could have it for Wednesday to play Thursday and it was there right on time the guys are so easy to talk to and the buggy lives up to its reputation just a fantastic experience all round many thanks Joe

Good lines of communication. Bought a used buggy in blue complete with captains chair in July. Had problems with charging battery initially and thought it was the charging cable. The guys sent one up a day later but was no better. Found the problem to be the battery connection itself. Within 3 days I was sent a new battery and have now used the buggy around 6/7 times without any issues.
The only little quirks I've found are
The battery takes around 8 hrs to charge and due to cooling fan in charger can be a bit noisy while doing so.
It's difficult to approach a hill on course straight on and you sometimes have to zig zag your way up.
The captains chair( which I asked for) is rather heavy and cumbersome to remove and replace and the armrests are only in use to lean on when your stationery.
These are not complaints but points of view that I've experienced so far. The buggy is well thought out, well put together and will serve me well over the years to come with peace of mind of the warranty you get from Jon and Matt. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

I have used the buggy a number of times. It's easy to use, comfortable and the battery will last 36+holes.
Look no further for a buggy, this is the one to buy.

My husband Bought a buggy from this company and is very happy with it.
Had a couple of hiccups but they have been sorted out quickly and easily.
Matts communication has been spot on, emails have been responded to quickly.
The buggy itself is easy to use, easy to take apart and reassemble for transport purposes.
Would definitely recommend them.
