I AM DEMANDING MY REFUND UNDER THE Australian Consumer Legislation.
You are in breach in not so far refunding.

Very good service on tym delivery good packaging of products no damage

The delivery was on time and I’m very happy to have received it. We have not opened the packages yet as they’re going to be Christmas presents for my grandchildren so I can’t really review what the Products are so I will finish this review and then I will let you know once we have open the packages put it together and see how the kids love it

My product arrived as 2 separate packages which I was not made aware of prior, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

We bought a electric pump and works like a dream.

Need help with set up. Emailed left request on site no answer no reply. Got wife to do same no reply. Had device for 3 weeks still haven't been able to use. Would love some help.

Still haven’t received my product. Courier partner said they attempted delivery when I was home all day and can confirm they didn’t. Got an email saying they will return to sender. Tried calling them and I get sent to message bank every time. I want my item refunded or delivered asap
