Delivery Problems
I placed an order with Builder Depot on 31 August (ORD2600600282) for more than £500. Delivery was scheduled for 4 September, but one of the items I had paid for was not delivered, even though it was shown as in stock.
I reported this to the Builder Depot contact listed for problems with the order. My messages about the missing item were ignored, so I had to contact Builder Depot several times through the website.
I was then sent a proof of delivery for a completely different order. The photo showed a building site, not my home. When I pointed this out, Builder Depot confirmed that it had been sent to me by mistake.
Only on 16 September, after numerous emails and phone calls, did the item arrive.
Problems with undelivered items are not easily resolved by Builder Depot, and chasing them is a serious waste of time. It also holds up the work and makes it difficult to finish jobs on schedule, which is a real problem for anyone running a building project.

Respuesta de Builder Depot
We’re sorry for the experience you had with this order and fully appreciate the frustration caused by having to repeatedly chase the missing item.
We also apologise that an incorrect proof of delivery was sent to you during our investigation, which understandably added further confusion. While we’re pleased the outstanding item was ultimately delivered, we recognise that the time taken to resolve this was longer than it should have been.
Your feedback regarding the handling and communication of missing-item cases has been taken on board, and we apologise again for the inconvenience and disruption caused.
Kind regards,
Emily
