Awful
Awful. Ordered a load of Fascia and Soffits. Wandered where delivery was as paid 16 quid for a date. 3pm. message them asking where it was and they said it's not coming because of a system error.
Total crap and has ruined schedule.
Go elsewhere. Didnt even bother telling me

We’re very sorry for the frustration and disruption caused by this experience.
Unfortunately, a system error meant your order was not received by our delivery team as expected. At the time, we were unaware that this issue had occurred and only became aware of the affected orders when customers contacted us. We completely understand how frustrating this was, particularly as you had selected and paid for delivery on a specific date.
The issue has since been escalated for investigation, and we apologise that you had to contact us before the problem was identified, as well as for the impact the missed delivery had on your schedule.
Kind regards,
Emily
