From the moment we booked both Maddy and Lawrence couldn’t do enough to help us organise our three week trip to stay in Chalet Cabri.
They offered a very personal service, arranging transfers, ski lessons, ski hire and recommending restaurants for our large group.
Jouni was our resort manager and again, he was so helpful, personally taking me around ski shops to help recommend and buy skis, organising flowers for the chalet and checking in each day to see if we needed any further help with anything.
Our chalet hosts, Francesca and Leo were delightful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We were so lucky to have an amazing young Chef called Jo Slater. He made literally everything from scratch in very tight Kitchen facilities. His food was incredible and he was so adaptable in catering for our groups over three weeks. He clearly loved his job and that showed in the passionate way in which he presented his food.
Chalet Cabri is a fantastic Chalet in a location that simply couldn’t be bettered, so close to the lifts and right in the village centre.
The Chalet itself is comfortable with a lovely fire and an excellent hot tub which was used a lot during our stay.
My only criticism is that the bedrooms are quite small with very limited storage space or hooks.
The bathrooms are tiny and functional but it’s great that each bedroom has its own en-suite.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buildmyskitrip.

Build my ski trip were absolutely brilliant they handled all aspects of our ski trip from chalet to skis , transfers and ski passes they really did provide the full service. They even went the extra mile when our bags didn’t arrive from the airport and offered personally to pick them up from the courier so we could enjoy our day of skiing, the chalet, food and hosts were top notch and I couldn’t have asked for more

My friends and I stayed in Chalet Sylvain in February and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly organised including the flights, transfers and ski hire. The chalet itself was amazing and exactly as described. The chalet staff were really friendly and the food and drinks were fantastic. I would defiantly recommend buildmyskitrip to anyone looking to book a ski holiday!

Had a great experience with BMST. We had an amazing 28 person chalet in Val Torens with wonderful hosts serving us great food and wine every night. Would be sure to use this company in the future for booking my ski trip. Thanks!!

We booked a chalet in Tignes for 8 of us and we all loved it! The team at Build my ski trip were really helpful and communicative right through from booking to departure.

Great experience with this company. Really helpful staff during booking and throughout our stay, always available to help with any queries. Stayed at Chalet Sabot in Val Thorens which was well equipped, comfortable, excellent location and the staff were fantastic cooks.

Definitely recommend and would use this company again without a doubt.

We couldn't recommend this company more highly! 14 of us booked through BMSK and it was the best customer service and experience from end-to-end. From the very beginning they shared numerous quotes with us as we were working out how many people were joining the trip and we were debating a number of different resorts, Maddy was unbelievably patient. The trip itself was fantastic - well communicated throughout and the chalet, food, drink, everything was unmatched. We stayed at Chalet Chardonnet in Tignes which was unbelievable value and we were all so impressed. We're already looking to book again next year and have recommended to all! Build my ski trip were excellent from start to finish! They supported us to book the most amazing chalet that met all of our requirements and fit within our budget. They made the whole trip stress free they had thought of everything and communication was wonderful throughout. The chalet exceeded our expectations and we had a truly unforgettable trip- all 9 of us would recommend build my ski trip to everyone!

Chalet Ananda was even more spectacular than the photos. And the chalet staff are AMAZING (thank you so much Alice, Kerry and Jody)! We have never been so well fed or looked after. Also a great location, right next to one of the ski lifts and a 2min walk to the bus stop where the free bus takes you the 3 stops in to town in about 5mins. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Chalet Bivouac in Val-d'Isère! The hosts were truly great and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The personal chef cooked us delicious meals and even offered to change the menu according to our preferences.

Myself and my party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Chalet Sylvain, Val D’Isère!

We could not fault the chalet. Absolutely stunning. And our wonderful hosts made the trip. We wanted for nothing. The quality of the food, the surplus of wine and the spa facilities; very welcome bonus after a long day of skiing.

Highly recommend this chalet. And Buildmyskitrip as a service provider. The entire experience has been seamless and stress free.

I have been on many ski trips over the years but this being my first time using Buildmyskitrip, I could not have been happier.
Organising a 10 person ski trip was straight forward with Laurence answered all queries and accommodated flight changes very promptly. Once booked, Maddy was always at hand to resolve any queries around logistics and dietary requirements. Our chalet host, Anna, was professional and very accommodating. I cannot recommend buildmysktrip enough

I will certainly be looking to reach out to Laurence and Maddy again to plan my trip next year

I really liked the website where all details of the trip were collated. It made everything very clear with all information in one place. Pleasantly surprised by the standard of food and our chalet staff were more than happy to help for anything we needed

Laurence and Maddy were amazing from booking (and the hundreds of questions I had) to during our holiday (checking in to make sure everything was ok) and everything in between.
They make you feel like nothing is too much trouble and are on the end of the phone/email straight away.
The chalet and everything was exactly (if not better) than expected.
It was so organised and straightforward!

Great service and great response time. I had a very short amount of time to book my holiday for the family, it was just days away from half term. Excellent service and easy to talk to, I wasn’t entirely sure what service they offered so I just threw every question or query I had at them, they must have thought I was crazy but they came back with help and great responses every time, honestly I think I could have asked them to arrange just about anything and they could’ve.
Great job, I’ll definitely book through them again, hopefully not up such a tight deadline next time.

Chalet Atlas in Tignes was brilliant, very modern with the best hot tub view in the alps. Our hosts Macarena and Sergio were a great team, the place was immaculate, they provided lovely food and drink throughout and everyone was very accommodating to our unfortunate late arrival.
Easy online booking booking and payment system, the management team Maddy & Laurence were very responsive and area manager Samatha even stored some gifts for family arriving in Tignes 3 weeks later. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Booking experience very easy - always available on email and via phone.

On arrival at Chalet Bonhomme was perfect for a group of 28. Even through we filled all beds the chalet there was plenty of communal space.

The catered dinners were restaurant standard and they managed to cater exceptionally for 1 vegan and 1 dairy free. Chalet hosts with plenty of resort knowledge.
