Fantastic organisation and attention to detail. Airport lost my skis when arriving to Geneva. Already was put on the ski hire booking before arriving into resort!

Overall really great experience, great choice of hotel and resort in Val Thornes

Amazingly well prepared chalet, very clean with professional and friendly staff. The company was willing to be flexible and accommodate an unusual request. Super holiday with all the little extras that make the difference. The food was excellent!

We stayed at Chalet Triglav in Tignes in December 2023. Laurence and the team were very helpful in organising our trip. Being able to logon to the website and see details of the holiday and make payments, or order ski hire etc was great. The chalet was excellent and Sara, Becky and Sophie were fantastic in looking after us and providing wonderful food. Ollie the rep visited often and was a font of all knowledge and advice and even provided crutches when required!! Will definitely use BMST again. Thanks for a great holiday experience.

Amazing Chalet, great hosts and loads of Snow :)
For the very start Laurence was efficient, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to book again with them.

All the chalet staff , chef and rep were exceptionally friendly helpful and proofessional.
They all went above and beyond and made our week in Tignes really memorable.
The food was excellent maybe more veggie options but very appetising.

We stayed in Val Thorens with Build my Ski Trip over New Year. The communication in the run up to the trip was excellent. Sofie our chalet host was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She cooked the best food we have had in a chalet for many years along with Laurence and Abi. The whole team were great. I highly recommend this company and we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Chalet Triglav for Christmas week. Throughout the booking process the BSM Team were so helpful and all the pre-departure info and we received was excellent. The transfers worked perfectly. Whilst in resort we were looked after brilliantly by Sarah who is the perfect chalet host, Becky gave us awesome food every day and they both made this a really special holiday. Thanks also to the super helpful Ollie and the rest of the team. We would 100% recommend.

We stayed in Chalet Sabot Penthouse for Christmas. Buildmyski trip were very helpful in the organisation for the holiday so that everything went smoothly in the transfers and our stay there. The Chalet is excellent and we were delighted that the living area was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The location is perfect and the hosts were brilliant in their attention to detail, helpfulness and catering abilities. We would definitely go again.

We stayed in Chalet Bonhomme in Val Thorens. Whilst the chalet is quite dated, it perfectly met the needs of a large party (sleeps 28, there were 24 of us). BMST provided 3 x chalet team + 1 chef who were all fab and worked really hard. The food and wine service was plentiful and good! The chalet team were friendly and helpful.

The chalet is located at one of the highest points of the resort. Nonetheless this is not too much of an issue as you can join a piste through resort or take the ski bus roughly 100m from the door of the building. You can also ski back to the same point, or to the top of the building (more difficult) The issue however, was the condition of the paths and roads from the door to the bus stop/ piste entry. There was little or no attempt by the building owner (not BMST) to clear or grit the paths outside the building so this was very icy and treacherous - not too bad in snow boots, terrible in ski boots and when carrying kit.

The building has a lovely spa area featuring a small pool, spa, steam room and sauna. Mostly this was very quiet and brilliant after a day on the slopes - the pool temperature could definitely have been a little higher though. (Again, nothing to do with BMST - the building features a number of chalets and private apartments, and has a private owner)

BMST are very organized, I loved the booking portal where all details of the trip could be found. I also had a few conversations with the team based in France before we travelled and they were readily available to deal with any queries. All our travel went to plan and we arrived and departed on schedule.

We booked ski hire and passes through BMST. Ski passes were given to us on the 1st morning of skiing. Ski Hire was more tricky. This was supplied through a small Sport 2000 branch based in the Chalet des Neiges building where the chalet is located. The owner/ manager had no real interest in our request to collect skis on arrival on Saturday (prior to the 1st day of skiing/ ski school on Sunday). I was made to feel as though this was not standard - even though I've done this on all previous holidays. We did eventually manage to collect equipment, although this took more than 3 hours, and involved lots of queuing and waiting around whilst other people were prioritized. I would hesitate to recommend ski hire from this location - there are plenty of other options close by.

Val Thorens is a brilliant resort, huge ski area, especially if you take the 3 vallees pass! We will be back!

We stayed in Chalet Sabot Penthouse in VT. Lawrence and Maddie were really helpful and responsive throughout the booking and pre-stay process. Anna, Sam and Jenna were fantastic chalet hosts; friendly, helpful, flexible and cooked delicious food and kept the chalet clean and organised throughout. It has a great ski-in/ski-out location and really easy to access town shops/restaurants, ski schools etc. Would definitely recommend and BMST and book with them again!

We would like to thank James, Anna and Tilly for a fantastic stay at chalet Cabri . The chalet is in a prefect location for a family with young children as it is located directly opposite Oxygene ski school (great instructors) and ski lifts. We had a magical Christmas here using the hot tub and the sauna. Laurence was extremely helpful through booking process and helped solve any issues that arose along with his resort manager Jouni. This really is a ski in ski out chalet you will not be disappointed.

The best 'Chalet company' with whom we have ever travelled. Throughout both the booking experience and the trip, we were made to feel 'special' - and that looking after us was really important. Laurence, Ben and Maddy were all really helpful before the trip. Ollie was SUPERB in resort - nothing was too much trouble and he responded to requests almost instantaneously - hold on to him - he is fantastic! We would definitely look to travel with BMST again and will certainly be recommending them to all our friends looking for an exceptional Chalet experience.

We were a 21 person company group staying in Chalet Bonhomme, Val Thorens in Dec 23.
BuildMySkiTrip were extremely helpful pre-trip arranging transfers, ski passes, ski hire, etc. so super useful and helpful - many thanks.
The chalet was perfect for our type of group (we can be a bit feisty!), albeit a little bit of schlep back after a few apres ski drinks from the piste.
The best thing about the trip - apart from the amazing powder snow - were the wonderful chalet staff who could not have been more welcoming, hospitable and lovely - so a big hand for Abbey, Donna, Dom and the chefs (sorry we didn't get names!) Defo 5 star rating. Hope you have a great season in VT!

We had a fabulous long weekend of skiing. The hospitality and advice we received from Georgia and Geraldine, and Ian's delicious food made it all the better. Before our trip the team were organised, responsive and helpful. Looking forward to next year.

The most amazing ski week ever! Build my ski trip was incredibly attentive and helpful, sorted out everything from the moment we left our origin! Highly recommend to anyone looking to organise a trip with amazing staff, great food and lots of fun!

This trip was nothing short of outstanding! Jesse, Tommy, Ollie & Rhys went above and beyond from the moment we got there, making us feel right at home. We were a large group of 15 and the booking process couldn't have been easier.

The beautiful chalet, delicious food and attention to detail made this an unforgettable trip.

However the chalet and in particular the chalet team of Alice, Kerry and Leo were exceptional.
The food and customer care was second to none. I highly recommend this company and will definitely return. You should definately check buildmyskitrip first before booking your holiday.
