Ordered a pet memorial ring for my mother who lost her cat, it turned up but was the wrong item, they are advertising it as a paw print with wings yet sending out love hearts with wings, also found the ring they sent out elsewhere for only £1.00 cost so been ripped off. I have emailed the company about the item being wrong, waiting for a response from them. Depending on the outcome I will update the review, if I don't then I never heard back from them and I would not recommend using them.

Appalling company based in states. Dog cost was more like a dishcloth. Asked for return. They credited the wrong bank account. Sent snapshot of my payment to them. Avoid them like the plague refusing to repay me

Appalling! Ordered lime green embroidery anglais dress, looked stunning on pictures abysmal on receiving, wad olive green nylon material. Was offered partial refund less £13 for postage! Just not acceptable, shouldn't send out shoddy goods. Wish I could add photos to show what a con this site is. I'm sure this review won't be submitted!

I didn't expect much from buying a bra online but I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item and customer service. I bought a 2 pack of wireless bras. Turns out to be the best bras I've got! Great support, practical, good padding, pretty design. Runs 1 size large.

For that reason I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, but they just sent me another pack for free. Delivery took a week and a half I think, standard for China.

I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely order again. Thank you.
