Order March 27th. Have had no updates on my parcel. Will be 2 weeks since i placed my order whennits sapose to be 3 business days. Im just getting the run around from bulk buddy customer service is horrible I will never recommend to anyone and I'm about to take legal action hard enough to live in Canada just ripping people off

First of all, I never believed that I'll ever find a reliable source for this sort of deals, but Bulkbuddy changed that. Their orders always arrive on time and are well-sealed.. no smell or leaks, you cant even tell what is being delivered... very professional work!

Bon tite update j’ai finalement recu ma commande la 3ieme shoot avant de commander changer de transporteur prenez ups ne prenez pas poste canada sinon vous aller perdre votre commande ca nous as pris deux shoot avant de ce rendre compte quil perdais nos colis donc merci a bulkbuddy pour le service malgré tout et un conseil pour le service a la clientèle nexte time changer de transporteur mais malheureusement heureusement pour moi bb c fini pt un jour je recommanderai mais pas tant quils ont ce problème

At this point I’m super frustrated with them. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and am out over $500. Canada post tracking shows the item will not be delivered and I’ve emailed bulk buddy multiple times and they just said you have to wait 21 days even though we have proof from Canada post that it won’t be delivered. Now it’s been over 21 days and no response from them! And of course no number to call just sit here and hope they respond to my emails and give me back my money or send a new order

One of the best indica strains I've ever tasted. To get this sort of quality you need to not only know how to grow it but how to properly store it too and they have nailed it.

First off I’m wanna start with a few facts about me… I’m extremely picky and have been growing for over 2 decades and smoking for 3 so I have very high standards. The cannabis was a bit aged as in old not super old. Just enough that 3 outta 5 strains was a bit harsh but the wife didn’t seem to notice at all. Outta 5 friends only one ☝️ was able to detect it. The real disappointment for me was when I found seeds in one of the AAAA strains I think it was “gastro pop” but they were minimal so I did not have to smoke more thenone tainted doobie. I wasn’t impressed “UUUUUUNNNNTILLLL” I tired some smoke from their competitors at a higher price and found way more seeds as well the cannbis was all full of chems, super black ashes and harsh af ….this was supposed to be AAAA as well again at a higher price smh ( I’m not trying to point any fingers but that website rhymes with Sannabis Cociety) after that I tried some of the exotic quads over at MMJ‘s and found they were definitely the crème de la crème. All in all I would say bulk buddy is this second best I found online so far. That being said I’ve only tried the three websites. The cost from MMJ‘s was higher than the rest which properly reflects the quality. But bulk buddy being cheaper than Cannabis Society and better speaks volumes. I was definitely too harsh when I made my first review of bulk buddy but in no way am I looking for a hand out or anything in return. I will almost for sure purchase from them again in the future. I found the Mac flurry to be pretty damn good and the permanent marker stood out a bit above the rest as well.

I ordered over a month ago, and I have yet to receive anything. After contacting customer service, I was falsely informed that a $110 refund was issued, which I never received.

This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I am prepared to take legal action against this website for scamming customers. I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order with this company.

The ordering process isn't a rocket science, just like anything else. The only thing different here is the time of delivery which is very quick with them!

At first I wasn't sure, but after dozens of orders I can assure you that this is the best site for value for money, they give you an extraordinary discount if you take 2 qp 10%, 4 qp and more is 15% (equal to the P price) I didn't find such deals in any other mom's for bulk in years of trying many different. You can easily find potent strains super well grown for cheap. Canada post lost one package and they refunded me without problems. I don't understand poeple who say they lost their money with them cause i've sent thousands and thousands over weeks and nothing never happened lol its true that they don't answer to anything they probly have a lot of messages to manage but trust me if its important, they gone answer to you !

Ordered from here a few times. They are responsive when it comes to issues with payment and taking orders, but right now I've been trying to get a hold of someone for days because my order is past the expected date and nobody will answer email nor chat support

i ordered back om March 14th, and it says my order is still in Richmond,BC. And i am still waiting for it . And i cannot get a hold of them.
