I have ordered 3wks ago have not got order is in transit for past 2wks. No response from emails I’ve sent, sat waiting for an agent on live chat til I considered sending the family condolences!! Can someone help me please!!!!
Does anyone have a contact for this company not only do I want my order but I’m ready to order again!!

Do not e-transfer any of your money to these people. They are conducting an EXIT SCAM, accepting peoples money and not sending anything. STAY AWAY from these skumfuks

FINALLY FIXED - AFTER 2 MONTH
I did complain a lot to them... they for sure had solid issues. I finally get my order today.. but tracking wasnt correct Weird ! So at least FOR ME it's fixed.

They seemed to have the best prices, there were other options of course but they shipped on time and I have nothing negative to say. Thank you.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Absolutely the worst team and by far the least professional out of every site I’ve ordered from. Incorrect mailing address on my part but they aren’t sending the package back or refunding my money, after they told me they’d refund my money into my account plus some. Can’t get ahold of them through email or through their online chat.

I was able to negotiate a much better price than listed. They are easy to talk to and the delivery didn't take long at all. Very happy with my order and props to their team! Thanks

Large selection, prompt delivery times, and unparalleled customer service is what sets this company apart from the rest. If ever there was an issue, it was resolved immediately and without question. Highly recommend this site!

For People like me experiencing trouble with post Canada. It took a while to resolve for me, But finished by using ups on the fourth package. For 50 bucks, it's pretty fast. You can use your points from your cancelled order to pay for ups. They experiencing lot of problem with post Canada and it can happen that they have a lot of people contacting them so it's sometimes a slow process to communicate with them. Be patient And rigorous in the initial description of the problem. More pointy questions and explanations will reduce the back and forth discussion. Good company, but Canada Post is trying to shut them down.

I been ordering from bulk buddy for half a year and its been super great, you can't find better prices and much better quality than any local prices, but since march 20th I placed my order, I have still not received it and its mid April now, I've sent 3 messages to bulkbuddy and not 1 reply....Canada post tells me they are waiting for the sender to make a claim on the package....I have not even received the email of notifying me of my order, just the Canada Post tracking email that keeps showing delay stay tuned. I really hope this is not permanent, i have been carefully following their required rules and quadruple checking for no errors... Been a boy scout as far as I'm able to say, and no reply and no service, and no good cheap weed any more :*( Gotta pay triple price now locally. I hope they make a claim on my package so Canada post sends it..... #582016

Used them multiple times to order to ontario always been good and the quality of the weed is great aswell as the prices, normally get package within 5 business days, Also support is awesome have had a couple small issues and they got resolved in less then 24 hours

For everyone hating on delayed deliveries thats canada post issues not bulkbuddy, once the package has been given to canada post its out of bulkbuddys hands from that point on its up to canada post to deliver in a timely matter.

Absolutely the worse company I’ve ever experienced, not one but two orders missing now. I’m a single mom. I had to save up to buy my self some cheap weed only to be scammed. The first time they gave me points to buy more but I had to pay the shipping. Now this time they won’t reply to me. I had been using them for a year with no issues. Will never use again. They will no refund money back. Only points

They know how to pack and ship. Since I am in colledge dorm, I couldn't order if it was marked. Happy to say that there are no issues with that.

Always an excellent product. Have made over 100 orders and only one shipping delay thus far. Can't beat the pricing!

For those saying they never reply, They do! They value their customers and have proven that to me!
I dont see how the rating is not 5 stars here on trustpilot.

First order E-transfer Payment was blocked.. I thought i got scammed, BulkBuddy team guided me through it VERY THOROUGHLY & with Reassurance.
Got the funds back, Remade payment using crypto & Received the Product! on time!
(I have never used crypto and they guided me through it thoroughly with no problems)

Second order was Redirected by post office making it 3 days late, When i Contacted BulkBuddy support about it I was told it does not usually occur & if the package does not arrive by end of day, i would be credited on Bulkbuddy for a new Purchase.
I Received that package on same day. Thank goodness because i need it for ADHD & Migraine Treatment.

BulkBuddy goes above and beyond for the customer!

If your looking to buy off BulkBuddy but unsure?.. Bet that is why your reading reviews to make sure! That was 100% me.
I am glad i did make a purchase and product was great! I will continue to buy on BulkBuddy.

Notes: The Live Chat is kinda poopy. it does not always work but it has before! and they will reply via email if not immediately through live chat.

They WILL reply, especially if you sent a payment.

I recommend using Crypto payments to avoid any payment blocks like E-transfer, It does not always happen but my first time buying it was blocked, so i chose crypto as secondary payment and was flawless.

Worst site i've had the displeasure to deal with!!

They are clearly writing themselves good reviews to keep their rating up because its impossible that anyone real is saying their customer service is good as its total shit, they never respond to the first email only once youve email 2-3 times they finally answer and they never take accountability or refund.

I initially ordered march 6th and my order never came in, after much emailing i was able to get a store credit (as they categorically refused to refund me). Of course the strains i had ordered were now out of stock so i had to settle for a strain i didnt even really want (i smoke only sativa and strains are limited compared to indica or hybrid so theres that i guess but still). Then i had to email them 4 times before they finally adjusted the shipping fee on my new order (cuz aint no way im putting another dime on them).

Sooo I finally received my order today april 8th, literally a month after my initial order and THE WEED IS FULL OF SEEDS!!!

So I've emailed them, again, and we will see how this goes.

I am of course never ordering there again with anything but store credits, nor will i recommend to anyone ordering from there.. its actually a given that i will strongly suggest not buying from them to everyone i can.

I also noticed that the emails from tracking@shipstation mentionned 2 different company names, and same thing for the sender information in the canada post tracking, which is extremly extremly suspicious.

CONCLUSION: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Others are correct. YOU NEVER WILL GET YOUR ORDER OR OTHER ITEMS
AND MONEY BACK.

Three of my orders have arrived on time, the foruth one was a little late but it's not an issue. The quality is great and I have no problems with them being late as this is the only RELIABLE supplier in this country.

Not sure why they are not in the 4stars for review's they are the best to deal with in all ways they have some of the best quality weed from there craft
To there 3A they are all great I’m not sure what they look for to grade but don’t let the 3A scare
You I have got a few over the years and they are great they all have good thc levels and they all are cured pretty
Well I smoke 3 oz a week and they have the best prices and deal I have gone threw many other sites and they all want over 150 for anything good Thease guys give you fair price there not out to make you broke you get way more for your money
