My package said delivered but I never received it , I just got scammed for $400 and no reply from site

Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware.

I have been a loyal Bulk Buddy customer for almost two years. I order a quarter pound every month, and until now I had never experienced any issues. My orders were always processed quickly and usually shipped within 1–3 days, which is why I trusted this company.

Unfortunately, that trust has been completely broken.

I placed an order, accidentally sent my first e-Transfer to the wrong email, and immediately corrected the mistake by sending a second e-Transfer to the correct email. The second e-Transfer for $228 was successfully deposited by Bulk Buddy.

Instead of processing my order, it was marked cancelled.

I have sent multiple emails, tried their live chat several times, attempted to contact them through Telegram, and even contacted the payment email directly. After I provided proof of my deposited e-Transfer, I was told that the payment department had been contacted and that I would receive a response “within a few hours.”

That response never came.

It has now been days without any update, refund, or resolution. They have my $228, my order is cancelled, and they have stopped communicating with me.

This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a paying customer after accepting their money is unacceptable.

I spent nearly two years supporting this business because they had always been reliable. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after being a repeat customer.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Bulk Buddy. Until they resolve my order or refund my $228, I would urge others to be very cautious before sending them money.

Ordered a Half Pound, only received a QP. This is the 4th time i was shorted on my order. Their support team stopped replying to me now.

I will no longer recommend or order from Bulkbuddy.co.

Warning: Complete Scam - Zero Accountability

Do not waste your time or money here. This site will happily take your payment, fail to send the product, and completely ghost all communication.

This isn't just poor customer service—taking people's money with zero delivery or support is their actual business model. They rely on the fact that individual buyers have limited recourse once the money leaves their account.

Avoid this predatory site at all costs and shop with trusted, legitimate alternatives instead. They operate with zero integrity, basic decency, or ethical business standards.

Not sure if it's coincidence or not. But the very day I submitted my review, my issues were resolved. However this was after 8 days of attempting to get a response. Regardless they made good! Their customer support is very weak.

We ordered in june. It was delivered to the wrong address. It took 2 weeks of calling the post office to be told that they would try to find the package. Finally it came . We email bulk Buddy and got no response from them. Then l thought l would try one more time . So we ordered on June 30 2025. The order was to be here 2 weeks ago. The trackers says it hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Tried to email and tried to find a phone number , but the was useless. No response from bulk Buddy or the post office . So l basically paid what little money l have ( due to.me being on sick benefits) and now l can't get anything for the pain cause l sent it to them . Now lm out and they won't even have a conversation about it. There is no customer service after you paid they have your money and your out of luck.

I just made an order I been a customer since they started. I made an order of 697 dollars they accepted my money then cancelled my order. I contacted the email info@bulkbuddy they responded said the finance department would get back to me that was 3 days ago they’ve stopped responding. I don’t wanna trash them but as a loyal customer this is unacceptable.

Products are great quality, delivery is always timely and with tracking. Their prices can't be beaten when factoring in their deep discounts on bulk

Didn't recieve my order. Ordered a pound and they didn't have in stocl and when I asked for a strain by email they said they would replace it with that.

Got store credit instead and they are now taking weeks to fulfill my order with the store credit. Support is nonexistent and pointless.

Stay away from these scammers.

Edit: Finally got my order after a very long time of dealing with customer support. No discounts were given and a month of my time was wasted but they finally delivered.

But I am very displeased with one order I did not get because it was cancelled on the same day I ordered it but they deposited my e-transfer directly into there account and been a battle to get the issue resolved it’s 3 weeks now and still no results. Could somebody from bulk buddy fix this by filling my order or refund my money. unhappy customer by the way my order #745669.

This used to be my go to site. would order half pounds, and pounds multiple time a month. Lately the quality comtrol has been teerible. my last order from last week was another HP. which was 8grams short and over 12 grams of unusable leafy shake. contacted them , showed pictures . they responded once and they are now ghosting me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN

I placed an order with BulkBuddy totaling $274.80 CAD and followed their payment instructions exactly. I sent an Interac e-Transfer to the email address they provided, and Interac confirmed that the payment was accepted through Autodeposit.

Despite providing proof that the e-Transfer had been accepted, BulkBuddy repeatedly claimed they never received the payment. My bank (RBC) investigated and confirmed that the transfer had already been accepted and could not be reversed because it was an authorized transaction.

As of writing this review, I have received neither my order nor a refund.

I attempted to resolve the issue directly with customer service and provided the documentation they requested, but the matter remains unresolved as they keep giving me the run around.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to order from them, I recommend keeping detailed records of every communication and payment or not ordering at all as it is likely you will lose your funds and not get them back.

Accepted my transfer. Then canceled it.took my money ..no product or refund received. Garbage .I have used these guys since 2022 I will be closing my account and never use them again I would advise to stay away from these robbers..took my money and now ignoring my message

Customer service is slow and very unconcerned. Shipping is sketchy at best and problems are plentiful. No more wasted time and money from me.

I ordered Green Apple Hash twice before and was very pleased. It was very dark and slightly sticky.
Then I order 1/2 pound and received something light brown ..dry.. and crumbly.. Not at all same product.
I sent a few emails and tried online chat but nothing. No reply.. no communication.
They seemed to have dumped some old inferior Hash on me.

I am not sure what is going on but suddenly orders in May are being cancelled and orders are kept and response and chat support is dead silent. A recent order was placed, etransfer sent and accepted then order cancelled. We have been trying to get resolved for a 4 days with no response passed one initial time then nothing. I use for medical reasons and have a limited budget. Such a shame after such great service for months. Just hoping someone can fix this

I've been ordering for a few years but this last order I tried to place has me very upset. I sent the etransfer but didn't hear back from them - I emailed and messaged and even sat typing on an empty screen for their customer support chat. Nothing. So I cancelled the etransfer and have continued to try to contact them with no reply. If this isn't resolved I won't be ordering from them again. I see they replied to people here but they can't reply to any of my emails, messages or chat 😡
UPDATE: I sent the etransfer again and it was accepted. Will keep this review updated and hopefully change my rating...

UPDATE: Picked up my order at the post office yesterday. I changed my rating to 4 stars. If they would've replied to one of my many messages and emails I would've given them 5 stars! Do better Bulk Buddy!!
