Vous avez pas honte de voler vos clients. Je vais vous dénoncer à la banque , interact . Je vais vous dénoncez partout bande de fraudeur. Ma commande est en attente sous un autre email. Je vous donne 48 heures pour faire bouger les choses sinon je serai sur votre cas. N'achetez pas chez buddy , c'est des voleurs. Vous avez tout pour être les meilleurs , je comprend pas cette médiocrité envers vos clients . Si un responsable voit ça et que vous êtes sérieux faite quelques choses. Les avis sur les arnaques arrête pas d'augmenter.

J'ai fait une commande , me l on annulé pour me donner des points. Maintenant j essaye de faire une commande avec les points et non seulement il m'oblige à payer des frais de livraison , mais ma nouvelle commande ne bouge tout simplement pas et classique , il ne répond plus. C'est des fraudeurs , je vais les dénoncer pour fraude .

They scam my money, cancelled the order and didn't response my email or text, and didn't even refunded the amount.

This website is a scam don't buy from them or you will end up losing some money

Placed an order and sent e-transfer. When I inquired about my tracking number they wanted a picture of the bank showing they accepted my money. I have been trying for 2 weeks now for them to respond to me. They are ghosting me. They owe me money or product

Been a year or so since I last ordered here.

Put in my order they sent the cryptic email saying dont put anything in the etransfer that would indicate we sell drugs or should be paying taxes or we will block you.

Sent money, they accepted, they cancelled order wont send me weed wont refund my order. They ask for pictures but their emails are no reply, their online form has no way to attach and they dont respond to the email I could find under contacts. Stole over $300 from me.

Here is what I am going to do and you should too. Report them to the CRA for not paying taxes.

Buying shouldn't require a private investigator and a blood sacrifice. Look, the prices are great, but the ordering process is an absolute circus. Every time I want to place an order, I have to update their contact information. Every. Single. Time. Are you guys selling edibles, or are you in the Witness Protection Program? ​Please fix your system, keep your contact info in one place, and stop making your customers jump through flaming hoops just to get a delivery. I’m trying to relax, not fill out government level paperwork!

Every time I order from them, I receive something unsmokable… no terpenes, no effect, no flavor. It's all rushed batches with no taste. I'd rather quit than force myself to smoke their crap. I ordered over 100 strains, and not one would be properly cultivated, regardless of whether they're AA to AAAA+ crafts.
It is extremely rare to receive good quality products that fully meet expectations.

Placed an order paid for the shipping. They screwed the order up only received half of what I ordered so I complained after a day or two they claim to have given me points to buy more on their site instead of a refund so I went back in ordered the rest with the points had to pay shipping again out of my pocket then they ghosted me after they took my money. Been a week no response several emails. They could care less. They took my money twice. I never got my product that I ordered. Beware! Update. After many weeks I finally got a response. Just said they gave me a credit to my account. They gave no reason or any mention of wrongdoing on their part. Placed another order credit was there. Got Order after a few days so in the end got what I ordered. But Customer Service only gets 3 stars.

Tried ordering specialty items from three different websites before finding them all here at rates that actually beat what I'd pay individually, which changed my whole approach to sourcing harder to find ingredients.

These guys are gone but still taking money. Do not order from them, they are just scamming everyone now.

Completely unprofessional. Emails go unanswered completely. They will send one response then stop. I will resend and they will respond and then never hear back on a followup. Get your weed somewhere else.

Buy from this site been a customer for 6 years now

I have been using bulkbuddy for over 4 years now and I absolutely love their products. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that always gets your shipment to you as soon as possible.

Recently there was a mistake on my order and I was missing some product. It took a bit longer than expected but they still fixed their error by giving me back a credit for what I was missing...I think it's a good idea to have a video or pictures of you opening your package in the odd chance a packaging error occurs. This was the first time it ever happened and we order from them often- luckily we knew right away when opening the box that something was off so we began recording right away snd took pictures.

The product is never underweight- i find there to always be more than ordered which is pretty awesome that they ensure you have exactly what you ordered and then some.

It is definitely worth the try, you won't be disappointed. Read the description and happy shopping!

Scammers don’t send any crypto

Bulkbuddy.co IS THE CORRECT SITE ! There is a fake site bulkbuddy.ca that ripped me off 500$ !! But I ordered from bulkbuddy.co and I was super happy to get my order and i have another order on the way ! When I got ripped off I blamed these guys and I removed my bad review and I m here to say you guys rock and im sorry but hope you guys see this ! Cant wait for future business with you guys

I made an order on a Friday around 10:30 in the morning. The payment was taken around 11 o’clock also in the morning. I didn’t receive an email saying the order is being processed until 12:15. So what does this mean, well it means that my order was shipped on the following Monday. Now, instead of receiving my order on Wednesday well I’ll be receiving it only the following Monday. It’s a lack of professionalism. So people don’t believe everything you read. Cause they do write that every order made before noon BC time will be shipped on the same day, which is not true. False advertisement.

I opened a ticket with Canada Post, they went out of their way to email Bulk Buddy and BB refuses to cooperate with anyone!

They claim to have opened three different tickets, Canada Post only confirms the one I opened so again more BS from BB!

They reply here with generic messages or make reference to refunds when I have make it crystal clear that I just want my order nothing else!!!
