I have used this site for about a year now and haven’t had any problems until now, I placed an order recently however my order was cancelled before I paid and therefore my money was taken without any order being placed. I have emailed bulk buddy but haven’t had any answer yet after almost a week, not sure what to do as I would like to place another order and get my product soon! But I want to make sure I receive a refund first…

i pass an order with bulk buddy, forgot to put my unit number on the order so post canada came but didnt left the package and say it went back to the expeditor and i need to contact them but its been 2 week multiple attemps and im not able to have a response from bulk buddy

I purchased an order on December 26, 2025 and never got it, no refund no exchange nothing at all with no explanation and when I went to send a email I was just talking to ai, I don’t recommend

Worst company ever, i order a disposable vape that didnt work, they are fast to grab the money but if something is wrong with your order they will never respond, it was my first and only order with that garbage company

Prior to this experience I would have rated bulk buddy five stars but now they have apparently refused to acknowledge my payment, canceled my order and will not answer any emails or chat to explain why they decided just to take my money and cancel my order! very disappointing and very shady practices... I would not risk losing money to this company and I don't even know how to contact them besides online chat and email as I cannot find a phone number for them. I've been attempting to contact them for 5 days now I'm losing hope I will ever see my money again or the products I ordered

I placed an order and for some unknown reason it was cancelled! I have attempted to send a form for my refund as well as live chat requesting the same! Very disappointed and just want my refund!

Bon comme vous avez ou le voir,j'ai laissé deux autres avis et je voulais finaliser avec celle-ci,comme je vous vais dit ils ont fini par me contacter en disant que c'était 100% de ma faute que j'ai perdu mon 560$ et qu'il n'y a aucun moyen avoir un rabais ou quoi que ce soit,alors je vous dit de faire vraiment attention avec ces gens vraiment malhonnête,ils n'ont absolument aucun respect pour leur client ,j'étais client avec eux et j'ai acheté pour 11000$ sur ce site avant qu'il se mette a rire de moi ,alors je vous le dis il y a plein d'autre site de confiance je ne vous recommande pas cette compagnie d'arnaqueur complètement irrespectueuse car un coup qu'ils ont votre argent ils en ont absolument rien a battre de vous ,et le gars qui repondait à mes message dans les e-mails est un effronté de première,comme il le sais que c'est lui qui decide ,mais bon je vais faire une plainte a l'option des consommateur du B-C et tout faire pour que ce site ferme et arrete d'anarquer des gens,je te l'avais dit Bulk Buddy tu ne sais pas avec qui tu as a faire et vous allez le regretter de m'avoir anarqué !!!!!!

Fait plus de 1 ans je suis client avec eux la magie de Noël ils ont annulé ma commande et aucun remboursement a été émis et j'ai envoyer des email et screenshot aucune réponse je déconseille

Très bons produits, le cannabis est frais et pas trop sec si on compare à beaucoup d'autres sites. Très bon prix pour les produits AAAA+ Les lives resines sont super bonne aussi. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème de livraison avec eux. Seul choses c'est qu'une fois j'ai commander une cartouche de shatter thc et j'ai reçu une cartouche de cbd, j'ai envoyer un couriel pour le faire part de l'erreur mais j'ai jamais eu de réponse. Excepté ça, il sont maintenant mes #1 dans le game !

It’s been three weeks now that I got ripped off by Bulk Buddy! Place is a scam, sent many emails, photos but they still won’t reply.
Don’t trust they thief’s, or you will be sorry!!!

I've tried contacting them all day long. Just spent over a $1000 on an order you think they'd communicate with you right away. Contacted them via email and through customer service. Neither have returned a msg. Why are all these bad reviews within the last 24 hrs. Send me my money back. I have 3 kids and its christmas.

Put in a order and send payment and sat there for days without being excepted and tried to email aboutvit a few times and no reply- response what is weird because ive had good service & product from them. Something must be down -broken i take it

It's been more than 4 days now and it hasn't even been shipped, no tracking number. Just said order complete and nothing after that. No customer support replies, no help, no refunds, just avoid this site
Update: After an email and delays i got my package, price and quality bumped from 1 star to 3 star

Don’t trust them with any more than $100. They take your money and don’t give you your order. It happens regularly according to my friend with a weed related YouTube channel many people have mentioned how awful bulk buddy is and what MOMs to go to, but most times it’s fixed. However last few there is a few people who BB are ripping off for Xmas. How nice😳
We will edit this if this is fixed on Bulk Buddys end. We hope BB does the right thing🤞

I ordered another ounce and sent them money but they treated it like another separate item and charged me for a extra,which i will not pay

They accepted my payment (WITH A CODE) and tried telling me they never recieved it. Even after I sent the photo of payment confirmation from my bank. They finally admitted they got it, and processed my order and made it as far as creating a shipping label. It is still in that status. I have been ordering from B.B for almost 9 years and they have gotten pathetic. Especially with customer service. I could clearly tell that the person corroponding with me wasn't fluent in English and they specifically told me that a completely different company handles the payment part (Sneaky way of never finding where your money went). So they've obviously been bought out. Probably by an Asian firm and don't give a SHIT about actually providing the service they charge for

Edit: As I am POSITIVE that they will be on here bragging about sending the package FINALLY. I want to make clear that they accepted my OVER PAYMENT on FRIDAY MORNING. Sent from Ontario at 9am e.s.t. That is 6am p.s.t. They had THE ENTIRE DAY Friday AND Monday to send the package after I QUICKLY and EARLY on Friday let them know payment had been made and accepted. AND PROVED IT. It STILL took Dozens of messages to even get them to start processing it. Then it sat in "sender has created a shipping label status, until I finally had to start posting bad reviews. EXACTLEY THE SAME AS LAST MONTH. And they WILL NOT accept responsibility. They keep trying to blame ME and make Me feel stupid, when I do this EVERY MONTH with various "moms"

DO NOT ORDER FROM BULK BULLSHIT!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET A MIGRAIN DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM!! And then probably another one from the shit weed they send to get back at you. I'm NEVER ordering from them EVER again, after almost 9 years of sending them money!!!
