This company is going downhill. I’ve had a package missing within Canada Post since Sept. 17th. Had a few arrive since but they absolutely refuse to do anything about the missing package. You will not receive the credit as promised in their FAQ page if your package goes missing. Be very careful!! They do not honour their word. Mind you i’ve spent well over $100k with them in recent years. Pretty sad customer service…

They sent my order Oct 5 UPS to a postal box during a postal strike. UPS finally tried to send it Return to Sender( bulk buddy) only to have no proper address for them. Meanwhile I'm out hundreds of dollars and still waiting going on two months!!!

Was gonna oder but all bad reviews and fisy too good to be real deals I didn't Oder after all

I have almost spend 5000$ on this site. All good feel good ! No bad comment always fresh n good :) ( buy 3 oz every time )

Was once a loyal customer they had great products and great customer service until recently. Had a package in the mail now since September and they refuse to refund me to add insult to injury they have stopped answering my emails. Out money no package would not recommend anyone use this website you may or may not receive them. Coming from a very frequent customer, something has changed do not shop here.

Placed an order paid for the order the order was dropped off at post office and an hour later canada post goes out on strike I love BB but nobody has answered my messages when I tried the online chat just don't know what to do it suffered from chronic pain and all my money is tied up in my order

My first order arrived faster than expected and was packaged perfectly. Everything was fresh, potent and exactly as described on the site. I felt confident ordering right away.

I love how many ways they give you to save money. Between sales, reward points and mix-and-match options, I never feel like I'm overpaying. It makes it affordable to try new strains regularly. On top of that, the quality never drops even when prices are low.

They gave me 3 bad batches, I contacted them and no answer, I tried to give a bad review on a product in their website and they don't accept my review LOL!! So I put it there so people can know. In the past it was ok but this time they gave me expired weed wow.

A month ago I would've recommended them. I used them for a few years now. Last week put in order sent payment and then nothing. No tracking number nothing. Emailed them asked what was up and was told they were going to message payment dep. Well now I am being told basically oh well.. was told to cancel payment - can't was automatically deposited.. was told to get a hold of my bank and report it as fraud- the email they provided! Then I was told to resend the money to another email( how bout you give me my money back first then maybe) and now they are just ignoring me and not responding. So after years of buying from them every month they are refusing to fix the issue that was on their end. I even took into consideration that maybe their guy ripped them off too and asked for at least half of my order to be sent but nope they are just ignoring me . So I guess after years of service they have no problem stealing from loyal customers

And to bulk buddy if you even think of replying to this to email you with my issue . I have several times. You are still not doing anything about it and it was your mistake not mine

This is to update a review on bulk buddy from Aug. 28 / 2025.
I had ordered and received a shipment from BulkBuddy rec’d on Aug 15.

I have heard back from Bulk Buddy !
I’m expecting my replacement item soon ! Bulk Buddy credited me with points to even choose the specific items I fancied, which was great to see .

They are really trustable they dont answer right away can take hours sometime but I had a couple issue they cant have no control on and they solve it Quick if there Any issue with quality .lost package anything u can think off they will hook u up ,my very first order was lost by cp i had to wait and shit i was angry thinking I got ripped off ,they hook me up with credit i change the courrier everithing went good I placed at least 10 other order after that and I had no problem ,they are the Best ,quality variety,Price and service

i received a lower quality order on Aug. 15. . So i returned it to Bulk Buddy at my expense .
UPDATE : Sept / 03 / 2025.
I contacted BulkBuddy and they have shipped me a replacement order .
So I will update asap once i have received the replacement. But things
are looking better . Thanks BB !

J'habite dans une maison où il y a 8 chambres à louer et une seule personne sur les 8 peut s'abonner et avoir un rabais pour référer un ami ou comme nouveau client.
Nous avons tous la même adresse évidemment mais avant chacun notre chambre et il y a deux pièces communes seulement c'est absolument ridicule ils perdent des clients et ils vont faire quitter la principale cliente qui réfère mauvais service à la clientèle mauvaise gestion même pas capable d'accepter un virement interac on me demande d'appeler ma banque pour absolument rien en tout cas mauvaise expérience.

I’ve had nothing but success with Bulk Buddy. Buds are high quality, very fresh (usually less than a month old..) and prices are well below those found at a dispensary.

I made an order, paid for it through e-transfer received no tracking number so I checked my account and it says my order has been. What!!
Tried the live chat with no response.
Tried email with no response.
Will report to my bank
Will report to Consumer Protection
Will report to CRA

Thanks very much to Bulk Buddy BC Team. I had an issue with BB BC which they solved it very nicely & granted me with store credit so i will definetly shop back from Bulk Buddy

The customer support is great when they reply but it can be very slow.. but.. they will eventually reply.

My last order was sent monday and got it today. fast delivery, weights are correct, one strain had about 7g of shake to it, not a fan of shakes or bottom bags but overall i am happy with the product.

Order before that was very slow Due to Canada post Strike but arrived. Bulkbuddy reassured me that it was packaged and on the way!

Despite the few issues with shipping, slow reply, or "ignoring missing loyalty points", i always got my order ,reassured to be reimbursed if anything was to happen to package & im sure they are doing their best with replying so.. the company deserves 5 stars! :)
