These guys are rad and they make awesome stuff.

I’ve purchased 9 pairs of Bull Airs as of now, and numerous pieces of their custom apparel. Including my prized cast autographed McFly jacket. Every single piece of it is very high quality, not to mention very comfortable to actually wear. I see some comments complaining about delivery times and communication in regards to delivery times. Speaking from experience, they are crystal clear on expected delivery times during the pre order window. Not to mention regularly issuing updates if there are delays which can understandably happen. Additionally, I’ve had a few times where I’ve ordered an incorrect size of a clothing item and had it corrected very quickly, so as far as customer service is concerned they are on point. I watch the Instagram live stream every Wednesday and suggest anyone who has concerns or reservations to do the same since they are pretty transparent with everything. These guys make some seriously awesome stuff and handle it all pretty damn well. I know not everyone can be pleased but a lot of these negative reviews are honestly pretty nitpicky in my opinion. Sure sometimes a delay is frustrating, but it happens and it’s not like these guys are going out of their way to make it difficult for anyone. Quite the opposite actually. You guys rock and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer.

Great guys they try to help as much as they can!

so far i've had a okay experience with you guys but it's not your fault it's the mail's fault and you guys have been trying to help me as much as possible on my Living Dead shoes! but i still haven't gotten them because that time you guys sent me a replacement pair the mail guy didn't do a sign on delivery , so i believe they were stolen again i just hope usps and you guys can help me out because i really wanted them shoes!

Ordered from them a couple times now and it has been great every time. I even screwed up when ordering my mags put in my old address. They were so cool about helping me get it fixed. They kept me updated on the shipping and got them shipped out to the right address. 10/10 would order from them any day

Gary and Brendan have been awesome!

Gary and Brendan have been awesome!! I received a jacket and shirt that didn’t fit and without any issues they send me a bigger size with return shipping for the items that didn’t fit. No extra charge!! I will continue to support Bullairs!!

Scam artists… Purchase made from 2023…

Scam artists… Purchase made from 2023 you dragged me out for 2 years with false promises and couldn’t deliver. Then when I get tired of being ignored and say something you boot and block me from speaking anymore. Instead of just answering me. You take no accountability attempting to blame everything on your partners. Talk about 15+ updates but clearly there was no real update you don’t even talk about it. Without a word you cancel my order and charge me extra making me pay a fee to refund me. Wow
You really treat you customers like shit. For as much as you charge for your products you could afford a better customer service that’s for sure. And yes I have everything needed to back up what I said to be true… a total disappointment the whole experience was that should’ve brought so much joy.
I irritate that I may have been refunded after 2 years but they still charged me a refund fee so at the end of all this they still got a piece of my money and i got less then what I paid.
There was no 15 emails of updates it’s been 2 years I never wanted a refund yall said you could deliver and you obviously couldn’t. Instead of answering your emails only way to get your attention was to ask where my product was publicly in which you blocked me over. Others have received said product you couldn’t fill your orders

Over the course of the delay with your plush toy, we have sent over 15 emails, providing full transparency on the issue. Despite this, you chose not to review those emails, which clearly offered a refund from the very beginning. Instead, you opted to express frustration without fully understanding the situation.

We understand your desire for the toy, but we have always been open to offering a refund, something that was clearly communicated. It's disheartening that this wasn't acknowledged. Going forward, we recommend approaching customer service with a bit more patience and understanding.

While we wish you the best in finding the right company for your needs, it’s clear that we may not be the right fit for you. And for those reading, yes, the customer was refunded in full.

Mistake? Or nah?

I have three pairs of Bull Airs. The first two were delivered timely and carefully. I did question some of the materials used. I would consider these to be mainly for collecting and not meant for wearing often.
This last delivery was very much behind schedule and that part, I get. Things happen, things got sent back, lost, and other unforseen things.
The thing I didn't like, was the way they addressed it. It pretty much was just "Follow our Instagram for into" and when asked about them, they were snarky and visibly annoyed. My show arrived and the inside was warped a bit. It is obvious but I waited so long to get these, it's whatever. I'll just put them on the shelf with that part hidden.
I don't hate the other pairs but I won't be paying those prices for shoes again.

Since day one i have followed the page…

Since day one i have followed the page and loved the out of box thinking when they made there sneakers.. i wasn’t able to buy a pair I really wanted and they decided to send me a pair and this brought me to tiers cause i never expected to have them really wanted them and they where so kind enough to send me the exact pair i wanted .. not to mention the quality when i finally was able to have a pair man .. im from The Bronx we know kicks and when I tell you the details the stitching down to the insoles man everything was the best quality out there .. love you guys and will definitely recommend them, and if your a fan of movie animation or anything pop culture then it’s a must you follow them and try anything they have your gonna be amazed.. love you guys ..

Bull Airs for the win!

I have purchased 5 pairs of shoes, a few jackets, toe protecting socks and many other items. I have only had one item not arrive as described and it was a manufacturing defect, they made the items in women's sizes and not men's. Gary was very quick to take care of me and make sure I was happy. Bull Airs is such a great company! They are small, but they are all very involved with their customers. They do weekly videos, letting customers know the status of their orders along with any defects they may have noticed from the manufacturer. Bull Airs is one of the few companies that is quick to point out their own defects and refuse to sell an item, even for a discount, if it isn't perfect!

Don’t believe the 1star review

Bull aura is amazing ! Staff is always there to answer questions , quality of products is unreal and they communicate regularly about wait times for preorders and any issues delaying incoming collections. Absolute gem of a brand ! Haters seem to only get mad that they have to wait , even though everything on preorder is explained 100% before purchase.

Bullairs is what I’ve been looking for!!!

From the first time I stumbled across their website, I knew I was in trouble. I love shoes, but having iconic and nostalgic designs from my childhood memories is unbeatable. The time they take on designing and making the shoes is incomparable. Their customer service is excellent as well. You might be taken back by the prices at first, but you get what you pay for. Quality shoes and designs that are worth paying extra for. These guys know what they are doing and they listen to their fans as well and do whatever they can to make your experience and purchases great!

I just recently received my 19th pair…

I just recently received my 19th pair of shoes from the guys at Bull Airs and I don’t see my collection slowing down anytime soon! From the first pair to pair #19 they have delivered banger after banger after banger! Keep up the amazing work and can’t wait for what the future brings!

Was a great company

Now they outsource their manufacturing. No longer paying $600 for a hand-made pair of shoes, now just outsourced mass produced garbage. They preach transparency, publicly telling us 95% of the shoes have been shipped, but when you email them that number turns into 70%. The one time I used a coupon my order got only half shipped and canceled and the coupons wasn’t usable anymore. Don’t bother commenting anything negative on their social media cuz it will jsut get deleted or they make passive aggressive comments about you “not being a perfect customer”. Which is wild considering this perfect customer let them use a custom jacket idea to sell on mass quantities without asking for anything in return or getting a thank you. Won’t buy a single thing from these people ever again and I urge anyone reading to do the same. Also if you’re banking on your shoe being exclusive they will probably just make a 2nd run and kill the exclusivity

Honestly such an awesome company

Honestly such an awesome company, they not only offer amazing products with hands down some of the best artistry on the market today but the customer experience is great as well. the lives with Gary are our new Wednesday thing to do. You wont be disappointed, its like Christmas when each order shows up. got 6 pairs on the way now and just got our first pair last week plus cloths 10/10.

Amazing product and communication

I brought the steam boat willie varsity jacket. Product description was bang on, the quality is second to none! Try and find a varstiy jacket in the uk which matches the style, quality and cost... you can't without going to mainstream designer clothing. Shipping was well priced. Communication was amazing, I had to change the delivery address on it and they did it with no issues or complaints. Can't wait to see what else you release. Thank You.

Patience is a virtue.

I really don't care about the wait time it's always a good surprise when I get a knock on the door from my postal guy with a bullairs box. It's stated from the very beginning before you click pay that they sneakers are for pre-order and do we understand soon as you type Yes you should understand that you'll have to wait for your sneakers to be made before shipping.
I love my sneakers so far I have about 6 pairs and 2 more on they way. Customer service is always on point Gary every Wednesday around 2pm goes on IG live to update everyone about the process of what's going on he touches on every subject and if there's an issue he'll tell that person to DM him while on IG live.

Quality of the sneakers are way better then some of the Jordans and Nikes I wear these days now. None of my bullairs get deep creases like my Jordan and Nike kicks and the colors don't run when I go to clean them everything about they sneakers & clothing are top quality.

quality 2/10 at best in my point of view
They send ip infringement designs to China to mass make sneakers and tell you they are limited edition.
illegal marketing practices hyping limited runs viewed on social media
