With all sincerity, Bull Airs is an amazing organization, delivering TOP QUALITY, highly detailed, one-of-a-kind shoes and apparel. Everything they produce is a collectible piece of wearable art. Perhaps the only thing that surpasses their products and craftsmanship is their next-level customer service. The Bull Airs team goes above and beyond to communicate with their customers, via social media, live presentations, emails, texts etc. answering all questions and doing everything imaginable to ensure each customer feels happy/fulfilled. I am personally a proud owner of numerous pairs of their shoes, including one pair which were custom commissioned and are absolutely BREATHTAKING, as well as several articles of clothing/apparel. Their prices are ABSOLUTELY FAIR for the level of quality they provide and the amount of time they invest. The team at Bull Airs truly deserves applause and praise, not only for their effort and amazing products, but also for their commitment to creativity, art, culture and their audience/customers. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional quality of your products—your shoes are truly top-notch. However, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the major delays and communication surrounding the Bull Mag release.

During the pre-order phase for March/June, customers were assured that these would be delivered by Q3 2024. Unfortunately, we are now in January 2025, and many of us are still waiting to receive them. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of regular updates has been disappointing, particularly for an item priced at over $600.

When customers are asked to be patient, more frequent updates—perhaps even daily—would go a long way in maintaining trust and confidence. Adding a size matrix to the release, detailing how many of each size are outstanding, or conducting a size-by-size launch, would also be helpful. Currently, it seems that deliveries are being made based on general size categories, such as “large” sizes, rather than shipping all items of a specific size, like 10, at the same time. Clear and transparent communication, paired with these practical solutions, would help alleviate concerns and reassure your loyal customers that their investment is being prioritized.

Additionally, customers should be given the option to receive a refund if the product is not delivered by the original agreed-upon date. When we purchase an item, we do so with the intention of receiving it within the promised timeline. Offering refunds in cases where delays significantly exceed expectations would be a fair policy and demonstrate that you value your customers’ trust.

I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration and implement improved communication practices as well as a more customer-friendly approach to handling delays. I look forward to receiving my order soon and continuing to enjoy your outstanding products.

Bullairs is a genuine company that has the most fantastic team backing the name they work for. Following them for a while, I hadn’t even bought my first pair and I was blown away by their customer service to others. When I finally did place an order, the Shoes and Apparel that came was beyond anything I could have expected! Products made to last!

Bullairs make incredible custom Jordans! They've made a wide selection and keep coming up with new styles. I have a pair with another on the way! I love them!

I have over 10 pairs of shoes and multiple other items they sell and they are all amazing! Every shoe i have is extremely comfortable and well made. They may take a while to receive but it's because they are made in small batches and they have all been worth the wait. The customer service has been excellent as well.

Guys the material is 100% professional, the same as everything else, guys do updates on everything its just if u order from them its gonna take a few months but its 100% worth it i have ordered from them and every order is out of this world so much better than what i expected 💯

BullAirs Rocks! I found them not too long ago and now own 9 pairs with 4 more on the way! I also have 4 of their custom jackets! Great quality! I also love the weekly update lives they do on all the products in production. I can’t wait to see what’s to come! Keep Rocking It Guys!! 💪🏼

Bull Airs does indeed offers amazing custom products. With absolutely reasonable turn-over times on pre-orders.

The bad reviews are not incorrect though. they do mislead people into thinking some edition sizes are smaller then they end up being. The Bull Mags were increased in the initial run. And have had an additional run. I do understand they are a small business. But if they can flex with a cybertruck on Social media. And have made over half a million dollars in sales on the Bull Mags alone. The we are an understaffed small business thing needs to stop. You guys make enough money to have more staff at this point.

They also like to fix problems with discount codes as a deflection measure.

Offering discount codes is nice, but saying "Sorry your not happy, heres a discount to give us more money" just seems a little greed monster-ish to me.

THis brand has been begging customers to leave positive reviews when they have a terrible quality product... its mass made overseas and its not as advertised.

Great company. High quality shoes

I've ordered a few things from them and they always have amazing high quality products. When ordering from them though you got to understand that most of there products are pre-orders and don't ship till about a month to 3 months and in some rare cases longer depending on factory errors/difficulties. All in all a good company. But I do have three suggestions one is when you guys make clothes no matter if it's a shirt, jacket. Shorts, leather jacket ect, could you put a care label on them to say what material or materials the product is made out of. I know this might be a long shot but if there could be more of an Eco friendly material for your toys that be cool. Lastly the new plastic box that the shoes come in there cool but feel to flimsy, I actually have had my Shrek shoes come out the bottom when picking up. So if there was maybe a different type of box or maybe making those collector boxes more durable that be great. I still love this company though and love how they take care of there customers and keep us up to date. If anyone isn't getting there updates go on there website and resign up for there news letter.

Discovered BullAirs a few years ago, now I have so many shoes I need more feet. If it’s a custom 1:1 shoe or a shoe drop these shoes are top notch! These guys take their time and make sure everything is correct and up to the highest standard. Everyone is super nice, updates come regularly and the pop culture never stops!

I have two pairs of bull airs custom Jordans, Great customer service, received the product when they said i would. Even had to change my address while waiting on the release of the shoes and got it changed over no problem. They seem like good people over there which is why its a bummer but..

The shoes are off. The easiest way to explain it is that they are VERY light. Very thin seemingly cheap materials are used in both the pairs i have. I personally have a large collection of Jordan’s and by hand i would say bull airs weigh maybe two thirds what a Nike release does and when you think of the extra layers and dongles and things that adorn the bull airs compared to a classic Jordan you would think that would be opposite.
I hate saying it but the materials feel like those bootleg anime Jordan 1s you get from import stores and Ali express. The suede on the second set i got is the thinnest cheapest suede i have ever had in a shoe and i grew up rocking the Payless special. Suede so thin and dry feeling im scared to clean it like my suede brush might damage it. I was actually really bummed. I like the designs of the shoes i got but they seem like I will get maybe 10 wears before they are absolutely beat to hell.
On foot you can tell the sole of the shoe is PAPER thin. They say they get authentic Nike soles to create thier shoes with but I’m sorry to say I wholeheartedly believe that’s a lie or their supplier is lying to them.

I got my first set and thought maybe it was just that design but when i got my second set and it had the exact same issues i realized its a company issue.

All in all great designs from cool people but an ultimately cheap and really overpriced product that I would never recommend to anyone who isn’t ready to pay 350 and up for a display piece.

Brilliant trustable business. Yes, things take a while to get to you but that's because everything is made specific to order, it also states this when you make your order. (you even have to type in saying you understand that it's a pre order).
The team are always responsive and have a constant reach out with the fans over their social media.
I'm waiting on my first pair of shoes and cannot wait but also understand that they have been delayed due to quality issues and Bull Airs do NOT mess around when it comes to quality. That's what separates them from the rest.

Top tier shoes and clothing and company always does right by customer's if problems arise.
